THE PERFECT LOCATION FOR SUPER BOWL/WASTE MANAGEMENT WEEKEND
Centrally located in McCormick Ranch, just a few blocks from Top Golf, Talking Stick Resort/Golf Course, and a short 5 minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale and Fashion Square Mall.
The main room of the house is spacious and bright with floor to ceiling windows, pool table & gaming area. While the newly renovated kitchen includes an island, wine fridge and bar seating. The TV room and kitchen are connected so you’ll never miss a touchdown!
Our master bedroom has an unbeatable golf course view, as well as an en-suite bathroom with an oversized vanity and steam shower. There is a large balcony accessible from the master bedroom or upstairs hallway, with outdoor lights and seating. Two of the three spare bedrooms are located upstairs, and share a full sized bathroom with a tub, shower, and double sinks.
Backyard amenities include a heated pool, hot tub, built-in BBQ, and a small fireplace. The house backs onto Silverado Golf course and has views of Camelback Mountain, as well as the McDowell Mountain range from both upstairs guest rooms.
Electric bikes are available for use on Scottsdale’s famous 15-mile biking paths.
