A 180 year old home, our 3 story building . Enjoy the best of Old City Philadelphia! Our home is located on a quiet street in a lively and historic neighborhood. Within a short walk, you can explore Betsy Ross House, Washington Square, the Delaware River waterfront, beautiful parks, restaurants, museums, theaters, and many popular bars. Love Park, City Hall, and Reading Terminal Market are also nearby and easily accessible. After a day of exploring the city, relax and recharge in our full-body massage chair and enjoy the comforts of home.

Wonderful home, very clean and comfortable. We had a very good experience and it’s in a great location in the Old City with much to do all around us. We visit for a family visit and everything was nearby and convenient. There is an in and out parking around the corner as well! Thank you again

Our family of 6, 4 adults/2kids under 10, stayed here for an extended weekend and absolutely loved it. It is a stunning house, comfortable with plenty of space, and the location is perfect for walking distance for old city centre! We so appreciated the house, host, and its location.

This house is hard to get a handle on: half way down a small street with dark buildings and lots of garbage cans was this nondescript narrow VRBO. But once inside was a flurry of colors, things to see and fancy bits.The location was great for excursions and provided a place to cool off and spend time with my family. We mostly hung out downstairs but the beds were all comfortable.It was like being in a yesteryear cocoon.And Mi mi was very communicative and easy to contact.

there was a group of older men going to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the Marine Corp. From the start, Mimi was great to deal with. Communications were fast and helpful. the group appreciated the well appointed apartment and everything needed to make the stay comfortable. The location of the apartment was perfect and in the middle of pretty much anything we wanted to do. Highly recommend this house.

Gorgeous Space

What a gorgeous property! The antique pieces and overall aesthetic are exactly as advertised and made for a truly unique stay. Mimi the host was very prompt and kind in answering any questions we had. Would highly recommend this location to those visiting Philly and wanting to further immerse themselves in the history!
