Great Park City Getaway

Our Park City weekend was made even better once we stepped into this wonderful condo. The location could not have been better, we walked out of the door and had immediate access to restaurants, shops and everything that Park City offered. The accommodations were fantastic and the roof top area was amazing. We will be back!

Great place, location and management

Had a great stay! Started off with a few issues that were worked on by management quickly and efficiently. It’s not always about the issue, but how the recovery from the issue is. Park city lodging took care of any concerns quickly and with great guest concern and compassion. Would go back any time!!

Feel like owner misled us

Almost right after we arrived, the unit below us began a massive renovation that included 7am hammering, jack hammering and saws. Management claims owner had no idea. More likely, the owner lives out of town and doesn’t pay attention to HOA communications. We had to pack up and move to another property. Dishwasher beeps non-stop after running and the door to 2nd bedroom will lock you out of it if it closes and you're not in that bedroom. pack up and move

True Ski in/Ski out

Location cannot be beat; Gear on, boots on, walked out our unit door, down a short hallway to our locker, grabbed our skis, out the main door and 50 feet ahead was the Town Lift. Tickets and coffee to the right. At the end of the day, we skiied the Town Runs and removed our skis 20 feet from the Lodge door. We drove in and parking included was a huge bonus, but is also on the shuttle line if you don't have a car. This place is very clean, beds are comfortable, kitchen has all you need. Our unit (203/203a) had no view, but did have a tiny balcony to step out and check the weather. We never tried the tv, and would suggest bringing a bluetooth speaker for music. As for management, I received a 'welcome' email the day before our arrival with entry, wifi, hot tub, codes and information. As well as contact phone number. I called on a couple of occassions and management was very responsive, very friendly. We were two couples for three nights and there was plenty of room. Because Sundance was going on, lodging was at a premium all over the city and all or most rooms or homes jacked up their prices. Even given that, the perks of location, cleanliness, comfortable rooms and customer service made this place worth it.

Beautiful Condo

The pictures do not do this unit justice! This condo is spacious, well equipped, clean and beautifully decorated. The location doesn’t get any better. You are directly in the town and steps away from the shops, restaurants, ski shop, your locker and the ski lift. We were very pleased with our stay and this rental.

Great PC Location!

Property was beautiful and exactly as advertised. And the location is amazing! You cant ask for a closer Main Street room. Only issue, I was not provided a key code for the outer two doors of the facility - only the room code. Took me an hour to get into the building. But once inside, it was a great experience.

Awesome location for skiing and downtown access

This was honestly the perfect location for access to both skiing and going to main street. You walk out the door and you are right at the Town Lift ready to ski, and historic main street is just steps away. The condo itself was very nice and clean, great kitchen area and living room along with two bedrooms both with their own bathrooms. We had 2 couples, but you could easily do a family of 4 with the two separate bedrooms. ThUe condo had everything you needed plus there was a ski locker right on the way out to the ski hill to store your ski's everyday. There was also a restaurant called the bridge café connected to the building which served great breakfast and coffee each morning and great lunches and après ski too. Underground Parking was available as well if you have a car. Hot tub and roof patio with a grill and seating on the roof as well. There was also a ski rental place right in the building which was super convenient if you need to rent. Only thing to be aware of when skiing back to condo at end of day is that there is a short area that is decently steep and not very wide so a brand new skier or a child may struggle a bit, but there is an option to actually take the town ski lift down to the condo vs skiing the run down which was awesome as it drops you off right at your door. So if you have kids or a new skier take the lift down vs the ski run back to the condo. Overall the place was awesome if you want easy access to ski lift and downtown.

Convenient location

The property is literally steps to the Town lift. Very convenient location for all Main St activities. Reserved parking spot for one car in parking garage. Just be aware that the parking lot attendants are super zealous. I parked in my assigned spot with the provided hangtag that contained my stay through date and still got a ticket because the hangtag did not have my unit# on it! Really!? The management company said they would 'take care of it'. Hoepfully, this does not come back to haunt me. As for the unit itself - clean, comfortable. Not really very big. Good for a small family or two couples. Kitchen is complete with all necessary items. Would be a tough stay for a ski trip tough as there is little storage for all of the equipment needed. Perhaps there is a ski locker room but I never saw it. There is a shared hot tub but never saw it as it was behind a locked door that no key was provided.
