Unit 102 at Pelican Walk is a ground floor Spacious 1 Bedroom condo that sleeps 4. It offers a beautiful Gulf view and allows you to walk right out to the beach and pool directly from the patio! Look out over the resort-style pool straight to the sugar white sand and turquoise water! Unit 102 sleeps up to 4 guests and has a king bed in the master bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped and the condo has a washer/dryer!

Pelican Walk is close to all that PCB has to , ice cream, shopping, arcades, mini golf, go-carts, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf and so much more! All with in a 2 mile radius. Guests staying at Pelican Walk have access to numerous amenities: private beach access, two (2) swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, pickleball, racquetball, shuffleboard, pool table, grill areas, and more!

Condo Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very dissatisfied with the condition of the interior and exterior furniture. Both chairs are broke down, the couch is very uncomfortable and the hide bed mattress was so nasty I wouldn't let my dog sleep on it. The outside furniture was mismatched, very old and not comfortable. I would not reccomend this condo to my worst enemy. Won't be back.
