You are just steps to the sugar white sand from the patio! The condominiums at Gulfgate are among the most spacious and beach-accessible in Panama City Beach! Located directly on the Gulf, you are literally steps from the pool and beach. Enjoy a million dollar view of the beach and Gulf from the patio. It s the perfect spot to watch the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico!
Unit 107 features a king bed in the master bedroom and the guest bedroom has one queen bed. For extra guests, there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. The two bathrooms are generous in size with tub & shower combos. The kitchen is fully equipped. Also, there is a stackable washer and dryer inside in the condo.
Gulfgate Condominium is located on Surf Drive on the East end (quiet/family side) of Panama City Beach. Gulfgate is close to all that PCB has to offer; Captain Jack's is walking distance, Hershey's Beach Ice Cream shop, shopping at Jaw's or Alvin's Island, arcades, Shipwreck Island water park, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf and so much more! All within a 2 mile radius. Guests staying at Gulfgate enjoy FREE Internet, FREE parking, private beach access, indoor/outdoor swimming pool, and a nice grilling area!
