About this property

Welcome to Port Charlotte. Our home is located on the border of North Port and Port Charlotte. We are close to a ton of shopping and not far from many beaches. Venice, Boca Grande, and Englewood are all within 30 mins of driving. Warm Mineral spring is a 10 min drive. We have a 4 bedroom, 3 bath home. The pool is right off the lanai for some great nighttime relaxation. We have everything for your enjoyment, beach chairs, beach towels, pots, pans, and glassware. The home is fully equipped.

There is three cameras located in the house. One in the back patio, one in the living room and one in the front yard. The camera are used strictly for security purposes!

No smoking inside. Cigarette butts must be disposed in the trash can.Trash pickup is on Monday at 5:30am. Recommend to bring out on Sunday night.

Heating the Pool cost an extra $100 in the winter due to electricity cost!Keep a close eye on your kids while being on the patio and near the pool

This house is actually in North Port. The house itself is very large and appears new but lacks furniture - nothing like the photos. Pool was nice and treated weekly but the lounge chairs were moldy and area was very dirty. It is convenient to shopping. We had to go buy linens and pillows as there weren’t enough

Winter vacation

This is a great place to stay. The host was awesome and answered all of my questions. There are plenty of things to do in this area. The beaches are great. If you can’t find something to eat in this area you have a problem. The food was good everywhere we went. The pool and the hot tub were used everyday. I would stay here again .
