Welcome to Villa del Sol, a beautiful 3 bedroom pool home with den, and comfort for 8 occupants. Conveniently located across the street from Golfing and just minutes from three fantastic beaches. Enjoy the privacy of this large fully furnished home with many amenities. Easy access to I-75 and US41. Cookout while enjoying the 20 x 30 foot sprawling heated pool. Check out the local scene while shopping nearby; visit North Port's Warm Mineral Springs and CoolDay Baseball Park-home training site of the Atlanta Braves. Fantastic activities like, North Port Aquatic center for kids to swim and splash around in, various parks for canoeing/kayaking, playing baseball, birdwatching and more. Just minutes away is Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte, with boating harbors, fishing tours and water sports. Englewood Beach, Siesta Key Beach and Venice Beach are a short 25 minutes away. Superb location puts you at the center of everything in a great neighborhood!

Bringing your pooch? We allow one dog under 20 pounds with a pet stay fee. Unfenced area of yard for pottying (please keep dog on leash) and guest is responsible for all waste disposal in black trash can in garage. Additional fee will be accessed for not picking up waste in yard or damage inside of home due to pet accidents or destruction. Pet must be kenneled if you are away from the home for any period of time. If your dog is an ADA service animal, please mention at reservation booking. ESA dogs are not an ADA equivalent and a pet fee is required. Thanks.

We have security cameras located in the back pool area, front entrance and the garage. These are for your protection as well as property safety. Please do not move or tamper with cameras. Tampering with or taking camera off line will result in reservation cancellation. Thank you.

The house was very spacious and the pool/patio was great.

The owners were very good to work with. We love the area and was accessible to grocery stores and shopping areas. Good neighborhood. We would stay again.

Amazing Stay!

We drove 22 hours straight and then checked in around 9:30pm! Very comfortable beds, the house had every item we needed throughout the entire stay! Kitchen needs, pool needs, bathroom, you name it!! Super clean and amazing communication and care from the owners. This house is one of the best we have stayed in!! We will be back!

Florida Christmas

The house ended up being perfect for our visit! We were just minutes from family and everywhere we wanted to go. When we discovered the pool heater wasn't working upon our arrival, I contacted the owner and they sent someone out the next morning to fix it. The Grandaughters we visited just loved the pool, and we had such a good time! The house was very clean and was just as the pictures and description depicted. The kitchen was fully stocked with all you would normally find, as was the rest of the house with needed items and sundries. Overall, I would rate this property as excellent and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Port Charlotte area.

Great house

Great house! Even with some hurricane damage, the landlord/owner was very upfront about it and was easy to talk with and communicate with. We ended up having to leave early and that process went smoothly as well. Very accommodating and we would stay again.

We are Jeff and Lisa, your hosts at Villa del Sol, or House of the Sun. We live in Colorado and occupy our home in Northport, Florida every chance we get. We enjoy the pool, the local beaches, and the local restaurants. We love to ride our e-Bikes on the bike path that links to the Legacy Trail for exercise. We have a little Maltese-Lasso Apso that goes with us where ever we go. Jeff is an engineer, business coach, and now a published author of three books. Lisa is a caretaker, decorator, swim aerobics instructor, and engaged mother and grandmother to our kids and grand kids. We have family in Florida, Colorado, California, and Michigan.

Why they chose this property

We love our neighborhood. We know, trust, and love our neighbors. The house is a great place to hang out for barbeques, swimming, golf, walks, bike riding, and quick trips to the three beaches. Our home is on Sumter Blvd which gives us quick access to any activities. Amazingly, our house experiences almost no road noise. Sometimes we'll float in our pool and look up at night sky to pick out star constellations as we relax.

What makes this property unique

The beautiful kitchen is loaded with new and various amenities such as a coffee bar with sugar, creamer and tea. A blender for for those tasty cold drinks, toaster, various spices and oils for your baking needs. A grill outside, spacious pool lanai, pool towels, pool toys and air pump in the garage, a washer and dryer, books, games and puzzles for adults and children! Also in the garage are folded beach chairs, a cooler and umbrella for those glorious beach days. Hi speed internet access and two TV's. Spacious seating in the kitchen for seven people and the dining table sits eight people. Immaculately maintained and a stunning home!
