Carrie was an excellent host; she provided a safe, beautiful, and very comfortable space to stay while on a solo adventure. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, linens were clean and the decor was very well thought through by Carrie.The bathroom and living area were perfect for me, I highly suggest for other solo travelers to feel at home on their way!

My daughter and I had a lovely overnight stay at Carrie's VRBO. We were in town for the girl scouts' event at the Ravine waterpark. After a day of sun and water slides it was nice to check-in, get showered and relax before dinner. The place is very clean and private with a shared back yard patio. The neighborhood was quiet and a short drive to all the things we wanted to do. We will be back.

Great location, close to many activities as well as the Event Center where I was working at. The Hostess Carrie was very accommodating and quick with communication. The bed and room was very comfortable and the bath/shower combo was large. This was a great experience can’t wait to come back on a vacation to check out the area better. 10 out of 10!! Thank you

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I was a bit confused if the studio was attached to the house or not according to the description— it is attached but has full privacy as it is sectioned off by two different doors (standard door & barn door). The check in process was easy and smooth. It was very clean and comfortable to settle into. Carrie has thought of everything you might need. It is located in a nice quiet residential neighborhood not far from the downtown Paso Robles area. Checking out was also a smooth process. Thank you Carrie!!

Perfect, cozy, quiet, clean, neighborhood. One thing I appreciated the most is all of the name brands she has available for personal use. Dove soap, the good Charmin toilet paper. (lol), provided us a bottle of wine, good Costco coffee, great snacks, good lotions, and shampoos! The bed was comfortable with down pillows and comforter. We would definitely come back again!

I had a wonderful stay in a very comfortable suite. Everything was fresh and good quality. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and is a short distance to Sensorio and the Vina Robles ampitheater. Everything about this studio room was definitely "lux"--from the upscale decor to the complimentary treats & coffee. Excellent location in quiet neighborhood; short drive to everything. Owner was super helpful before & during stay, answering all my Qs via text. Studio is actually a room bathroom attached to main house, but totally private with separate entry thru side fence into backyard. Two thumbs up!

Perfect place for a weekend gateway at Paso Robles

I and my wife stayed here for 2 nights. Loved the simple checkin/checkout process and Carrie was kind to give us a quick tour of the space. The room was very clean with perfect air conditioning and bathroom. Overall I loved the experience and would be happy to stay here again.

Wonderful Stay in Paso Robles Suite

The property was excellent and the owner was very gracious. She even helped us with a reservation for dinner! Property is centrally located to wineries and other places we were interested in seeing. Can't say enough about how just how wonderful our stay was and we will defintely return for a visit and send friends and family to this property!

Originally from upstate New York, I visited California when I was 20 and loved it so much I decided to stay. I am a professional businesswoman in medical imaging and I previously worked for General Electric, where I lead and supported a healthcare team in sales and marketing. Before my career at GE, I was the CEO and president of my own advertising agency. I discovered Airbnb in 2012 and it has since become a passion of mine. I spend most of my time traveling, whether for work or adventure, so I know what travelers need and want. They need comfort, a nice clean bed, an affordable place to stay that is close to everything, and a friend. I love helping people, hosting, and offering fine service to make them feel at home while they are away. As I mentioned, most of my time is on the road but there will always be a note on the door or someone at the house to help. Some of my favorite destinations are the south of France, Belgium, Germany, Asia, and Costa Rica.

I have one son, Tyler, who now works for LinkedIn in San Francisco and is a software engineer. We both love hosting because it connects travelers with locals and has a culture of great, accountable service.

I am a social butterfly and blessed with a lot of amazing friends. I enjoy going to yoga every day when I'm home and like to ride my bike to yoga.

I am part of a professional choral group and enjoy opera, jazz, contemporary, and world music.

I'm a super host on another site and have offered my homes for over 13 years. I've hosted over 8000 guests and continue to have 5-star ratings. You will have a professionally cleaned place with everything you need for a nice visit. It has a she-shed if you need a quiet large place to work.

What makes this property unique

New Memory foam bed, and new linens that are of the highest quality. Down comforter, private quarters, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and snack for night and breakfast. Lots of free parking and air conditioning. TV cable with all changes, great wifi. Quiet residential neighborhood and gorgeous garden for drinks and snacks at sunset. So close to downtown and you can even bike to the downtown square so bring your bike.
