This lovely two-bedroom condo with a Mardi Gras motif will serve as your home away from home as you unwind and experience the Southern hospitality of the
Port City.

This space has a queen bed and a second bedroom with two twin beds. Each bedroom has two full bathrooms, to ensure all your guests are comfortable and have ample space to shower after a long day of exploring!

The space allows 4 to stay comfortably. (SLEEPS 6 FOR AN EXTRA GUEST COST)

The condo is equipped with:

You may notice that we would like our guests to enjoy the benefit of this condo without any elements of an impromptu party taking place (this includes no after-hours parties or events) so please be mindful of this when reserving this unit! This property is a residential building, so please be respectful of our neighbors. The City of Mobile’s noise ordinance is 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

• No third-party booking
• To book the property, you must be 30 years or older. (Please attach a photo of your driver's license/ID or passport immediately after the booking)
• Valid ID required for every guest 18 and older.
• There is no smoking allowed inside or outside of the unit.
• No horse playing on dining swings. ONLY use swings as seating for dining.

Host was very responsive and polite. She answered any questions I had. Condo was very spacious and is in a great location, especially for Mardi Gras as it is directly on the parade route. Although it didn’t really bother us, it may bother some, the windows are all right at the sidewalk and street so, people walking by, cars driving by, and a lot of light from street lights etc. may be an issue for some so, keep that in mind when booking. I love the Mardi Gras theme, which is what first drew me to this rental

Great getaway in Mobile!

We have really enjoyed our stay here! It's so close to everything we needed to attend this week that we walked everywhere and didn't have to worry about parking. There are tons of shopping and food options just around the corner! We were also able to attend a LODA ArtWalk. Kimberly has been super responsive and helpful any time I needed anything.

Lovely Condo

We were there for a concert at the Saenger Theatre which was a one minute walk from the condo. We really enjoyed down town Mobile with everything in walking distance. The condo was perfect for two couples which was very nice and clean. Thanks Kimberly for the great hospitality and communications.

Beautiful, Great Location

We absolutely loved our stay! We were here for a conference and it is an easy two block walk from the convention center and a block from all the restaurants and shops. The pictures are so cute I didn’t know if it would live up to my expectations, but it exceeded them. The beds were comfy. Everything was clean. Check in and parking were easy. We had so much fun playing pool and sitting at the swing table. We will definitely be back.

The kitchen had very little. No pot holders, minimal dishes, etc. Only one hair dryer and minimal towels. Twin beds were comfortable. Location was good. Better for younger people.
