This family in mind vacation rental have the convenience of two houses in the property, so you will have the liberty of picking different sleeping arrangements for your family. The property is surrounded by 2 acres of nature, giving you the sense of country, yet close to the beautiful city of St. Augustine.

Villa Leo is 15 minutes away from St. Augustine city, 5 minutes away from world golf village, and 5 minutes away from St. Augustine outlets. If you decide to have dinner outside, there is plenty of mouth-watering restaurants within minutes, and tourist attractions as well. If you cannot pull yourself away from the comfort of Villa leo, you have an spectacular and spacious kitchen, in which you can become your family’s chef. Whatever your evening demands, Villa Leo can accommodate and facilitate the best time for you and your family.

Villa Leo was constructed with families in mind, we encourage you to bring any member of your family to enjoy the various activities that the house offers. These include a refreshing pool to cool off during hot days, or a warming pool during “winter” months. Also outdoor activities in the volleyball court, basketball hoop, outdoor grill, outdoor dining, fire pit, and for those rainy days, cozy living rooms, and plenty of rooms to cuddle up and rest.


This magnificent property can comfortably accommodate 18 adults between the main house and the pool house. The 7 bedrooms include all new bedding and high quality linens. The private heated pool is enclosed with a screen for privacy and sun protection, and surrounded by a patio, connecting the two houses and eventually a passage for a great weekend.

There is no need to worry about parking since Villa Leo can take approximately 8 cars, depending the size, or even ample room for your RV and/or boat. Your car will be parked inside the property with the protection of a gated driveway, and fence all around the property.

Please note the following:

-DO NOT FLUSH ANY WIPES
-Please use outside shower to remove al dirt before entering the pool.
-Do not smoke, this is a non smoking property.
-No pets are allowed, a fine of $300 per night will be charged.
-For your protection, we have cameras outside the house.
-Check in is at 4pm and check out at 11am, controlled by access codes.
-No parties or events allowed.
