Park Place Bellaire starts where the side walk ends, just a short stroll to downtown where you will undoubtedly enjoy all of the restaurants and shopping including Shorts Brewery. Richardi Park is directly across the street and features walking/biking paths, a beach, kayak drop, tennis and basketball courts and more. Golf and Skiing are just minutes away and the large, completely fenced yard with fire pit and patio will be perfect to unwind after a day of adventure.
We have 2 ring doorbells that record for security purposes only. They are on the front doors only. No cameras in the back yard or inside.

Long Ski weekend

This house was perfect for my family and friends over a long weekend up north. The location was perfect as it was close to downtown Bellaire for shopping, food and nightlife as well as convenient to get to Schuss Mountain. We loved the house, amenities and location. The only thing we weren’t fans of were the mattresses which are VERY firm and can be difficult to get used to.
