Perfect location and the kids loved the different amenities. Sue had very good commutation throughout the stay and was very accommodating . Would definitely come back.
We had a great stay. Two families enjoyed the condo but we could have easily fit a third family. Everything was clean and readily available. Sue the property manager was great to work with and answered all of our questions very quickly. Highly recommend!!!
Short walk to indoor and outdoor pools. Next to outdoor weekend entertainment. Plenty of upstairs and outdoor seating for all. Great response time to inquiries and correspondence with property manager.
Overall our experience was exceptional. The place is in a prime location and has a lot of space compared to other rentals nearby. The carpet downstairs was a little dirty and messy so I reccomend carpet cleaning the basement but other than that it was great. Great check out process, amenities, and communication. Will book again!
We came as a group of 12 from 3-59 yrs old. There was something for all of us. The neighbors were rowdy but that was no fault of the landlords, the landlords were apologetic. Overall it was a good experience.
The location was pretty decent. You definitely have to drive to the ski hill. It is about eight minutes away by car. We didn’t even mess with the shuttle so that we could have flexibility to leave when we wanted. Checking in was a breeze with the key code. The place was clean, but definitely lacked towels. We had nine guest and there were only eight towels available and they were pretty dingy. The other downside was the place was very cold. The thermostat would auto adjust itself. We never were able to get the basement to a livable temperature. I did message in the app and email and did not receive a response but to open the vents. Which we had already done I’m pretty sure the thermostat in the basement was broken as it was set to 80 the entire time and never got any warmer than 60. Our kids all retreated upstairs because it was way too cold for them down there. Then when we would leave to go ski,the thermostat would drop to 65 so we would come home to a freezing house after skiing all day. The washing machine is a front loader and smelled horrible. We are going to wash the towels but we didn’t want to with the mold in the rim. The proximity to the restaurants was very nice. We didn’t have to drive to get a bite to eat. A bar and a restaurant is just steps outside. Overall, it was a mediocre experience definitely not a comfy ski lodge feel but met the needs for the short period of time we were there.

Thank you for your review, We are in the process of fiquring out why the downstairs did not warm up to the standard. I am looking into why there were not enough towels available. We will address these issues immediately.
