This cozy cottage is only 2 blocks from both the Beach and the Bay as well as just a short walk to The Stone Harbor Bird Sanctuary, a National, Natural Landmark, featuring wooded paths through a 21-acre nature preserve for birds, waterfowl and butterflies. Full of light with an open floor plan, this coastal retreat is perfect for your quintessential Stone Harbor getaway with your family and friends. This home sleeps 6 as one bedroom features a queen-sized bed, the other bedroom has twin beds and the living room sofa opens up to a queen-sized bed. Enjoy the luxury of the newly renovated bathroom. The salty ocean breezes as well as starry nights are captivating while lounging on the outdoor deck. This home is a fun vacation getaway for family and friends to enjoy The Seashore At Its Best. Please check back for picture updates as the new owners will continue to decorate and furnish their new vacation rental property. Tenants need to bring: all bed linens plus linens for the sofa bed, beach towels, bath towels, kitchen towels. Property does NOT provide beach tags, nor bikes.
Stone Harbor is known as The Seashore At Its Best, as the close proximity of the beaches, bay and town allow for walking from the enjoyment of sand, sun and water activities to the pleasure of downtown ice cream, mini-golf, boutiques and quaint shops, art galleries and eclectic dining. Recreational activities are plentiful from local golf courses, tennis, basketball, pickleball, bocce and exercise classes to playgrounds and a large variety of recreation programs to learn a new activity or enhance and improve skills.
