This home is just two blocks from a beautiful, lifeguard-protected beach and three blocks from the heart of Stone Harbor's shopping and restaurant district—featuring favorites like Fred's, Springer's, Hoy's, and Global Pursuit (not necessarily in that order). Everything you need for your getaway is already here, no need to pack (bed linens, towels, beach gear, chairs and beach tags). Four generations of our family have made memories at this home for over 50 years and we hope you do as well.
We like starting our day with a cup of coffee on the enclosed front porch, with an enjoyable view of all of the morning activity on Second Ave. Jump on one of the four beach cruisers in garage for a little sightseeing and exercise. Afternoons, relax in a lounge chair on the back patio or grab some beach chairs and the umbrella and head to the beach. We enjoy cold cocktails on the back patio when we get back form the beach before heading out to one of the many restaurant options available just a few short blocks away.
With room to comfortably sleep 10 guests, this home is thoughtfully designed for relaxation. On the first floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer, a dining room, and a cozy living room. The second-floor features a full bath and three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a queen bed, and one with a king bed. The third floor offers additional sleeping space with two double beds and powder room. Central air and WiFi ensure you can stay connected if needed.
