Tucked among tropical flora and boasting a huge backyard, this vacation home is truly an oasis of its own. Welcoming living space, well-appointed bedrooms, and a private pool combine to create the ultimate relaxing retreat. This quiet, residential home has three bedrooms, all with king-size beds, a bonus room, and accommodations for 12 vacationers.

As you approach this cute vacation home, you are greeted with palm trees, a curated lawn, and a private drive. The exterior of the home radiates laidback coastal luxury, and this vibe continues as you step inside. Honey-toned hardwood floors, tiered tray ceilings, coastal décor, and pops of color add to the beachy atmosphere. The spacious living room features a plush sectional that doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa. Beside the couch sit two tropically patterned armchairs. The seating ensemble centers around a glass-topped drink table. A TV mounted above a dormant fireplace is flanked by built-in shelving that displays colorful coastal accents. Two separate dining areas provide ample room for casual and formal dining. In the formal dining room, you will find an octagon-shaped table, eight chairs, and a buffet cabinet. The other gives off a more casual feel, with a glass-topped table and four paisley chairs set beside a wall of windows. For guests who enjoy cooking, the kitchen is perfect for whipping up culinary delights. It includes extensive blue countertops, custom white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a raised bar with woven chairs.

The bedrooms are just as inviting as the rest of the home. The main suite boasts a king-size bed, wood furnishings, accent chairs, and a tiered-tray ceiling. Large windows overlook the private backyard and pool. Its ensuite bath has dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. One guest bedroom has a king-size bed with a teal-toned headboard, colorful wall art, cottage-style furnishings, a vaulted ceiling, a TV, and a Palladian-style window that brightens the room. The other guest bedroom has a king-size bed with a royal-blue tufted headboard, a sunny window, and a TV. A bonus room in the loft offers two additional full-size beds.

In addition to lovely accommodations, this home features the perfect backyard oasis. A large, lagoon-shaped pool and bubbling hot tub are set amid a stone paver deck. A grassy lawn and tropical trees add to the tranquil feel. You can also find an outdoor couch, chairs, and tables on the shaded patio, complete with cooling ceiling fans. A furnished, screened-in porch overlooks the picture-perfect oasis. When you are ready to hit the beach, the neighborhood beach access is less than a 10-minute stroll from the property. But why walk when you can take the complimentary six-seater golf cart?! Other nearby conveniences include restaurants, grocery shops, and fun entertainment hubs like Silver Sands Premium Outlets and Grand Boulevard shopping center.

*Beach vending, tents, and canopies are not permitted on the beach in the Gulf Pines community. Personal chairs and umbrellas are allowed.
