Inside a gated condominium, in the neighborhood of Joá, surrounded by all security, is this beautiful four-story mansion. Joá is one of the noblest and most residential areas of the city, on its cliffs, you can find the most beautiful and exclusive views of Rio de Janeiro.

The address has its four floors interconnected by elevator. On the first floor, we have the garage, with three indoor spaces and a few more outdoor spaces. Ascending to the second floor, a wide and careful room with high ceilings. The 75” TV, Apple TV, fireplace and mini bar bring convenience to indoor moments of relaxation. The 12-seater dining table is ideal for gathering family and friends and fraternizing. Next to it, there is a large, perfectly equipped kitchen.

On the third floor, in addition to the six bedrooms — all with TV, air conditioning and views of both the sea and the mountains —, we find a gym ready for those who want to maintain their training routine on vacation.

Going up to the top floor, we discover a fantastic terrace, where the magic of the place resides. With a swimming pool, sauna, hot tub and gourmet area with all the necessary support, it is the perfect place to relax and entertain guests.
