This 900 square meter linear penthouse, which is in front of Ipanema beach, offers 4 bedrooms, 2 suites, and 3 balconies. Your breath will be taken away by the patio in front of the beach, which offers a 180-degree panorama from Arpoador to Dois Irmãos.

There is a sizable living area with two rooms and a conservatory behind the front terrace. The dining table can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people on the side. Next door is a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom is located next to the front patio, and the other rooms are arranged as follows.

The apartment has a caretaker who lives in the separate annex of the apartment who helps with daily cleaning and the reservation. Always giving guests maximum privacy.
