The Poli House accommodates up to 8 guests in spacious interiors, measuring approximately 260sqm.

The interiors of the villa are spacious, airy, and preciously furnished.
The ground floor houses a large, fully equipped kitchen with dining table and adjacent is a sitting area as well as an incredibly spacious Living room with a further dining area and comfortable sofas where guests can spend long hours relaxing together. French doors lead to the great poolside conservatory, perfect for all seasons living while enjoying the relaxing views. On the ground floor, An imposing wooden staircase leads to the upper floor where the bedrooms are located. All bedrooms have access to extensive balconies. The Villa provides amazing views over the pool, the sea and Corfu Port. There are 4 Bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms on the upper floor, one with shower and one with Jacuzzi + separate shower. The property beautifully mixes classy antique furniture, timeless crystal light fixtures, married the Comfort and warmth a family seeks for an enjoyable holiday.
For the comfort of our guests, the property is fully air-conditioned. Outside The private pool measures 25sqm (depth is 1.5m) and is beautifully lit at night as well as all the exteriors. 8 comfortable sunbeds as well as parasols for all the guests are provided for long hours enjoying a true Greek atmosphere and sun. For the lovers of al-fresco dining, a BBQ area with shaded dining space by the poolside are available. Private parking is available within the premises. NOTES: Please note that, being the villa located at the edge of an upmarket neighborhood, no parties are allowed and that quiet times are 2pm-5pm and after 11pm.
