ENTIRE HOUSE JUST RENOVATED! Step into the wonder of this updated modern getaway 15 minutes from the beach! 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with large outdoor tropical backyard, large heated pool and a fully fenced yard for complete privacy. House has a BBQ gas grill, patio dining, corn hole, smart tv's, WIFI, laundry, & stocked kitchen! Towels, beach towels, coolers, beach chairs, + umbrellas provided for convenience. We have Pack'n'play + highchair.

Please respect the neighbors, quiet hours start at 9pm every day.

We do not allow:

NO PARTIES. Please respect the home and all of our neighbors. We do have quiet hours between 8pm-9am. There is a 3 car maximum.

NO SMOKING in the house. Smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home is subject to a $400 fee.

NO drugs are allowed on the premises whatsoever including the backyard.

NO PETS.

**We are very strict and DO NOT allow parties of any kind at the home or on the property.

Please respect this and treat this home as if it were your own.

This is a family neighborhood with wonderful and kind neighbors and we expect all guests to be respectful of the home and neighbors.

Please do not play loud music in the backyard or in the home.

Failure to comply with these rules will result in eviction from the home.

If you plan to have more people at the home or property than those listed on your reservation, you need to contact us in advance to get approval. Failure to do so may result in eviction.

I will provide laundry detergent, shampoo, soap, fresh bed sheets, new towels, closet space and WiFi internet access. After every guest the house will be professionally cleaned.

Barbeque Gas Grill
The property has a gas grill for guest use. Grill will be used at your own risk. The grill must be cleaned after every use and before check out. Should the grill be in unsatisfactory condition upon checkout, a $100 cleaning charge will be deducted from the deposit.

Heating for the pool is $25 per day

Guests have complete privacy. I will be available anytime by phone and I will have a person you can contact that lives close by if you need assistance with anything.
The neighborhood is very safe and family friendly, consists mostly of single family houses.

The nearby Downtown shops and restaurants are wonderful. They offer complimentary valet parking during the week, beautiful shops, a lot of restaurants, lots of parking spaces, nighttime entertainment, nice movie theater, carousel and train rides for kids, and a big Whole Foods.
When you stay in this modern and tropical retreat, you have access to every room and all amenities in the house. You have the entire home to yourself, but your hosts are only a phone call or text away to answer any questions you may have.

There are electronic locks installed on the front doors for easy and secure access to the home. A unique access code will be provided 24 hours prior to arrival date.
The centrally-located home is only 10 minutes away from the beaches, less than 3 minutes to The Gardens Mall, and blocks from many popular restaurants and movie theaters. Roger Dean Stadium and FITTEAM Ballpark are 10 mins away.

This recently-upgraded home has four private bedrooms and can accommodate up to eight guests comfortably for undisturbed sleep.

The two master bedrooms (one is a guest suite and has it's own private entrance) feature plush king-size beds, beautifully tiled floors, artwork and decor that reflects the most beautiful birds in a tropical jungle. The pops of blue and red throughout the rooms, along with the wood accents and soft lighting, make them comfortable and stylish places to relax. Both master bedrooms have a flat-screen TV, modern dresser, and two large windows. The master retreats also have a private bathroom each.

The third bedroom is bright but cozy and features a Queen size bed, two nightstands, decorative light fixtures, and bright and bold accent pieces. This mostly white room has pops of yellow and black, beach-themed artwork, and is just steps from the family bathroom.

The fourth bedroom also has a Queen size bed, high-end linens, and a tropical island decor. A bright blue and green comforter adds style and personality to the room, and a large window allows for plenty of natural light. This room also has a large closet hidden behind sliding mirrored doors.

The home has three full bathrooms to make getting started on your day a breeze. There are two master bathrooms with a walk-in shower, elegant vanity area, and hotel-quality towels.
