Built by a local craftsman around 1970, La Casa Zia is a large southwest territorial style house with an inner gated courtyard, vigas, and kiva fireplaces. Modern comforts throughout will ensure a quiet luxurious experience.

Very nice place. Room and house has character. Restaurants and shopping all within 5-10 minutes. Host was helpful and easy to communicate with. We would stay here again.

I would say this property is the real deal when it comes to the traditional "territorial" style of New Mexico. The architecture is art! And the art celebrates adobe and timber homes that fit into the natural surroundings. The hostess has done an amazing job of updating and decorating to create an inviting space that is completely relaxing. I will definitely return next time I'm in Silver City!

Nice place for a quick getaway

Room was very nice, and very clean. However the kitchen area (which is in a separate hallway from the bedroom) smelled very strongly of cat litter. Other than that, we highly recommend this place for a romantic getaway
