Parties are allowed, only for guests. Nashville noise ordinance starts at 10:00pm. Decorations are ok, but no glitter or tape on the paint/bannister.
Late/early check in/out will be an additional fee. Any cleaning beyond expected (bodily fluids etc) will incur a flat rate charge of $150.
Pet fee is for up to 2 pets per stay. Please add pets to the reservation. Additional fees will be requested for more than 2 pets.

This home is a great spot for a family/group to stay under one roof. It is close to many area attractions and eateries. There is room to gather in one area yet plenty of space for privacy. It was clean, had outdoor space and parking for up to four vehicles. The hosts are great and so was our weekend.

Comfy & Roomy Stay

The property is spacious and comfortable. We all had our own beds and plenty of bathrooms to fit the needs of five women visiting Nashville for the weekend.We had all the basic necessities like water jug with filter, coffee maker, and cups.The beds were super comfy to jump into after a long day out on Music Row. Sleep was great!Plus, all worked out with no guests the day we were checking in, the hosts were gracious enough to allow early check in so we could drop off our luggage early, so we could explore the city without lugging around our luggage!Great,communication! Would recommend. The house is centrally located from Downtown/Music Row and other activities we planned.

Loved staying at this house. It was so close to everything. The house was perfect for my group. It was clean and had everything we needed. One small suggestion, would’ve been even more perfect if there was a full size mirror on the main floor in the bedroom. Would definitely stay here again! Great hosts, very responsive! Ty!
