I loved this place! Very homey, very clean, the host was quick to respond with questions. I felt right at home! Lots of warm touches and practical necessities available that prevented me from having to run out for things I forgot (like a hair dryer, cups for the bathroom sink, toiletries, extra blankets and pillows). I would definitely stay here again!The neighborhood was a little confusing, but for as close as the houses were to each other, it was very quiet. And clean!

Amazing property and excellent host. This was so spacious, quiet, and offered a peaceful relaxing experience so close to anything that you need within walking distance. Beds were super comfortable and the bathtubs offered great relaxation! So grateful to have garage parking with a garage door opener because you never know what weather you will get in Colorado! Highly recommend this stay!

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect situation. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept. There were plenty of shopping opportunities close by. We enjoyed being half way between Denver and Boulder. The house is quite comfortable, clean and well set-up. We'll look forward to coming back.

Checks all the marks of cleanliness, host communication, location, parking, comfort of beds/furniture, spacious bathrooms, well stocked kitchen, large dining area, washer/dryer, toys/puzzles/games/books for all ages, patio, front porch. This is located in a quiet, peaceful, beautiful neighborhood. Within walking distance are restaurants, parks, grocery, etc. The hosts were extremely accommodating, granting us an early check-in so we could receive a delivery from Yessica of Babyquip. We absolutely are 100% pleased and highly recommend this home. Thank you Cameron and Patty!

The property was exactly as it was listed…NO scary surprises here! Ha!! Clean, comfortable, convenient and quiet. The kitchen is well appointed; the bed (only slept in one) was comfortable and the living space was well suited for a night-in of snacks and a tv show. I’ve already booked it for another week!!
