What a beautiful and well-stocked home! The house was the perfect location for our family gathering. It is spacious, with an amazing kitchen and comfortable bedrooms, and an easy drive to the beach. The pool, outdoor kitchen, and wonderful view of the water were incredible. We loved talking and playing games as we watched the boats go by. Madison was quick to respond and a gracious, helpful host. We will definitely look forward to staying at her lovely home again.

Perfect place for a special gathering

The house is gorgeous and beautifully appointed. But, what really attracted us was the outstanding back area complete with water view, pool, grill, and lots of serving and lounging areas. It was the perfect place to bring family and friends together to celebrate a special birthday. We were thrilled with our experience and would highly recommend this vacation rental.

Waterfront Retreat

We brought provisions to chill and grill and planted ourselves outside at the pool and riverside deck to relax and rejuvenate. Perfect casual yet refined setting for quality family time to escape from the hustle & bustle of busy lives. Madison and Mike were responsive when I reached out.....we'd love to come back!

Wonderful home, beautifully renovated and very comfortable. Owners were helpful and responsive. Amazing outdoor entertaining area with pool, outdoor kitchen and TV right on the river. Great Property

Great house with an excellent outdoor pool and patio overlooking the river. The open-concept kitchen and family room are perfect for large groups. It comfortably sleeps 10. The house was clean upon check-in, and every amenity worked. My only critique is that I would have loved a drip coffee maker instead of a Keurig, but I can't imagine many others would care. It's a 12-minute drive to Jenkinson's Boardwalk. I would gladly stay here again.

Beautiful Hot Home

The house itself is beautiful—spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a large kitchen, lovely backyard, and a great location right on the river near our family. The kitchen had everything we needed, and overall the home was very comfortable.Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the air conditioning. While the listing didn’t mention any problems, multiple rooms were uncomfortably warm and the host knew of the issue. The loft was unusable, reaching temperatures in the 80s–90s with only a fan. One bedroom had no AC, just fans, and even rooms with AC units in the windows struggled to stay cool. The owner sent an AC technician early in the week, but the issue returned midweek and wasn’t addressed further. Communication after that point was minimal.Disappointed that the host knew about the issue prior to arrival and didn’t rectify the issue when the issue arose again midweek.

Great vaca in Point!

We had such a wonderful time! The house was perfect and all 8 of us ( 4 adults and 4 kids) felt at home with plenty of room. The house was inviting and pictures just as the listing. We enjoyed cooking meals in the kitchen that was well equipped, swimming in the pool and just relaxing in the evening watching the boats go by. We truly felt at home. The house is nicely located to the boardwalk, convenience stores and grocery stores. The only downfall, was that we didn’t stay longer! I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a little time away with family to enjoy all the shore has to offer and good old family time together at the house. It didn’t disappoint! And we are truly appreciative to have had this experience and time away.

Beautiful waterfront home in Brick

We stayed at this beautiful home just prior to the Christmas holidays and it was a wonderful week. It was one of the nicest properties we've stayed in and it was the perfect home and location to host our annual family holiday get together. The owners were kind enough to put up a Christmas tree and some holiday decorations and it really made us feel at home during our stay. The home looks exactly as featured on the site and is tastefully decorated and very well-appointed. The open floor plan and the spacious kitchen were perfect for hosting our family and the views from all levels of the home were spectacular. We enjoyed the bay sunsets and the relaxing vibe of the home. We will absolutely be back next December and will likely inquire for the summer as well so we can truly enjoy the incredible outdoor space/pool/outdoor kitchen etc. It's a nice quiet neighborhood and conveniently located to shopping, restaurants etc. It was a wonderful holiday getaway and the hosts were gracious, easy to communicate with and accommodating. We look forward to returning!

My family and I stayed at this property in July. There were 7 of us total, including two young children under the age of 3. I'll start with the positives, because in fairness, we enjoyed ourselves and the property met our needs. The house is beautiful, has ample space, and the backyard is second to none with access to a dock and pool which we very much enjoyed. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were all well maintained and very clean.Moving to the negatives. As another reviewer commented, there was no central AC upstairs and some rooms did not even come equipped with window units, making them unusable in the middle of summer. Upon arrival, the upstairs was 80 degrees, as only two bedrooms had window units. As I mentioned, we were a party of 7 and thus were very concerned about sleeping arrangements, especially with two young children. We immediately contacted the property owner, and she sent a repair man to install a window AC unit in the 3rd bedroom so we could use it. While she dealt with the issue promptly, the fact there was no proactive communication about this was very frustrating. The property is listed as a 4-bedroom that can sleep 10, which was misleading given the lack of AC in all bedrooms. When expressing our disappointment, the owner's response was "We need to upgrade the equipment and add an additional zone". This would have been nice to know before spending 13K for the week.All in all, it was an OK experience, but we will not be booking here again.

Beautiful bay front home close to everything

House was just as pictured, if not nicer! Clean, great amenities and close to everything! Madison and Michael were awesome hosts. Check in was a breeze and any questions were answered right away. The beach and boardwalk are super close. It was great to hang out in the heated pool or fish and crab off the dock. We enjoyed the extensive outdoor grill, fridge and gas fire pits. So nice you won't want to leave, but it's great to come back to after the boardwalk or beach. Every night we hung out on the sectional, under the deck covering (great, even if it rains) enjoying the fire pit table and making memories. We had a blast! We were welcomed with some staples and snacks in the walk in pantry. So thoughtful! Everything you need from paper goods to towels and linens are provided. The house was beautiful, clean, in a great location and very well stocked. Beds were comfy, a/c stayed cool, no shortage of hot water or necessities needed to cook/entertain and everything was clean. Perfect! Beautiful home with great sunsets in an ideal location. Thank you Madison and Michael for having us!

We chose this neighborhood because it's a perfect medium of serenity and play. We're close to Point Pleasant beach so it's a quick trip for the family, yet far away enough we don't worry about any of the traffic. It's right on the water to catch a crab and also perfect for a drink in the evening. All of the neighbors are amazing too! This property and neighborhood is perfect for all year round relax and rejuvenation.

The open space kitchen off the deck provides an easy and quick way to entertain guests yet perfect for a morning coffee by the water.
