Country home in Blacksburg - 5 minutes to Virginia Tech!

This lovely private home is conveniently located just minutes (3 miles) from Virginia Tech's campus and downtown Blacksburg. Easy, short drive to the VT campus, restaurants, ice cream and more. Beautifully furnished and recently renovated with an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room. Enjoy coffee on the porch in the morning and the ease of getting in and out of town during the day.
The space
Features an open kitchen, living room, an outdoor porch and plenty of outdoor space. 3 Bedrooms (two queen beds, one twin) 1 full bath. Pet and smoke free home. We use non-toxic, environmentally safe cleaners.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home with the exception of the closets and the chicken coop. Hooks are hung over the closet doors so that you can hang your garments.
Other things to note
Country living...we have chickens. Our neighbor stops by twice daily to feed them.

Amazing and relaxing cottage

Beautiful property, nice and quiet, good water pressure, large smart TV, comfortable couches with plenty of seating. The property manager Anna was very helpful and nice. The rooster was very cute, you could just barely hear him inside. We definitely plan to stay again. Thank you.
