New townhome off Prices Fork Rd in Westhill community, located just 3 miles from Virginia Tech campus. Completely furnished with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2.5 baths. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a queen bed. Finished basement also has a futon.
My permanent residence, but available for short and long-term rentals. Happy to answer any questions.

Great place for game day

Perfect place for 3 couples on game day. Beautiful new neighborhood - great place to take a walk. Less than 10 minutes from Lane Stadium.

Perfect stay when coming to Virginia Tech

Nice and quiet neighborhood. Moved daughter into dorms so perfect distance from campus. Great place if you need a place to stay for visiting your college student or going to a game.

Excellent location - Close to VT - Quiet neighborhood. Paul is a great host. It was very easy to communicate with him and he always responded quickly to my questions. Very clean home and exactly as described.

Air Conditioning unit froze up the first day. Paul had a technician there a half hour later on a Saturday! Great place Great Location!
