Step inside and feel right at home in the bright, airy open-concept layout filled with natural light. The fully equipped kitchen features generous counter space and a stainless-steel prep island, perfect for whipping up your favorite meals. Adjacent to the kitchen, a cozy dining nook with bay windows seats four comfortably.

The inviting living room flows seamlessly into a sunny, enclosed sunroom—a tranquil spot to relax, read, or simply take in the view year-round.

After a day of adventure, unwind on the spacious back deck beneath the shade of tall longleaf pines. Enjoy alfresco meals or lounge in comfort while overlooking the lake with glimpses of the golf course beyond.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Primary Bedroom: King bed, en suite bath with a shower/tub combo, and in-suite washer/dryer.

Guest Bedroom: Queen bed, en suite bath with a walk-in shower.

This home comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests.

Take a scenic ride in the 4-passenger golf cart to explore the resort—head to the private beach access, one of the two heated community pools, or the lively Village of Baytowne Wharf for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Effective May 1, 2025, Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort has implemented a paid parking policy for all vehicles, including golf carts, at the resort’s beach access point. The daily parking fee is $20, and guests will pay Sandestin directly for parking.
Rental Agreement Requirement-
After booking confirmation, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email, sent as an E-Sign document with required signature fields.
The Rental Agreement must be signed before your arrival instructions are released.

You really can’t go wrong with Sandestin. We’ve stayed here 7 times in the past 5 years and the resort itself is beautiful. This condo definitely needed some work. The handle on the microwave is broken and had been taped back up, when you use multiple burners on the stove or the stove and oven at the same time - it won’t hold temperature correctly. There was no kitchen start up package (most companies leave dishwasher pods, sponge, etc.) which was strange because check out specifically stated to start the dishwasher. My 7 year old really enjoyed feeding the turtles off of the dock but we didn’t eat out there. The couch and beds were hard as a rock! If you like anything plush or soft - look elsewhere. The golf cart was really the start of the show. We always rent a condo with a golf cart and this one did not disappoint.

Best dock on the pond

Our party of 4 adult family members had a great stay! The shade afforded by the magnolia, pines and palms over the little pond was ideal! We had breakfast out there each morning. Multiple turtles would make a beeline for us as soon as they heard our voices. there is an extra table and chairs in the deck box, and some fishing rods, too. Very peaceful. Very quiet home, with an efficient ac system. comfortable bedding :). Enough room for everyone to spread out. water filter/ice in fridge was much appreciated several options for coffee starter supplies were ample, thank you for that. Golf cart was perfect also. There is a cover in the utility closet for the cart, in case it rains, to keep it dry for next time. We used the cart almost every day to tool around the complex, down to the beach or over to the shopping and restaurants near Publix The water heater was great, plenty of hot water for us to all take showers at the same time, and back to back and wash off the beach daily. Loads of towels for the bath areas. lots of closet space, and the laundry was great to have the living room TV is finicky, but we ended up streaming from our own phones. the back bedroom cable worked great, and we were able to watch a movie with (wow) NO commercials. Watch out for the random screw sticking up in the kitchen, near the dishwasher. Plenty of cookware. Dishes and glassware is a little light, but the dishwasher does the clean up, so not a problem.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd time in this home and it is as lovely as the first. The street is quiet, as most in Sandestin, but the real highlight of this one in the little deck overlooking the lake in the back. Plenty of sun, but also plenty of shade; turtles, kingfishers, eagles and of course squirrels abound. The beds are comfortable; a large walk in closet in the back bedroom with the washer and dryer makes that part of vacation easy! The golf cart is great for all those little excursions within the resort bounds. Only good times here! Clean, bright, welcoming space. Sufficient start up supplies. Thank you so much!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was beautiful and clean. With the personal golf cart and location, we rarely had to leave the gated community. We paid less to rent a whole house than we would have for a 1 bedroom hotel with no kitchen or sitting area. The correspondence was easy and they even called to confirm the day of. I rate the whole experience 10/10 and recommend Russell Vacation Rentals to anyone planning a trip to the beach. We already have plans to return next year!
