In the winter, you'll have your choice of world-class ski/snowboard options, with Copper Mountain, Keystone, and Breckenridge all within easy reach.

At home, you'll enjoy year-round views of Mount Royal and all the space you'll need for a relaxing group getaway. Sunlight and vaulted ceilings frame the great room, and baseboard heat ensures toasty home comfort. A plush sectional and TV are provided for casual gatherings. The private balcony makes an ideal spot to start your day with a cup of coffee. The condo was great. Garage, nice kitchen, great location. The spot is listed in VRBO annd offered by Vacasa, another rental company. On the first day of our 5 night stay, we noticed the showers in both bathrooms were not draining. Contacted through VRBO, and didn’t hear anything for 48 hours. After they responded someone was in the unit to repair shortly. Overall great lodging, but if we had a more pressing issue I would be concerned with responsiveness!

There could have been more Tv's for the family. The fire alarms were not connected. The kitchen were well stocked.

Pros:* Very nicely updated with stone countertops, high-end cabinets, laminate wood floors, and tasteful window treatments.* Very spacious for my family of 6.* Large hearth area to dry snow gear and many coat hooks.* Location was fantastic, being only 1 block off Frisco Main Street. We walked there daily.* Lots of extra blankets and towels.* Well appointed kitchen.* Big TV for relaxing at night with the kids.* Handy to have a garage if you need one.Cons:* Managed by Vacasa - no response to VRBO chat/texts, 2nd time with Vacasa units where sheets aren't clean at check-in, lacking adequate hand soap or kleanex.* Door key code is 10 digits long!* Radiator heating intermittently clicks and clanks VERY loudly.* Laundry machines are also a bit loud without a door to close them off.* Master bedroom floor is very squeaky.* The fees and taxes practically double your nightly cost.

Beautiful home

Home has a master suite upstairs on 3rd floor, 2 bedrooms on second floor with 2 bathrooms. Kitchen, large dining room and living room on second floor. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath in the basement. Central heat and washer and dryer in house and very nice appliances and well stocked kitchen with cooking tools. Located very close to frisco Main Street and shops. Also walking distance to bus stop. About 15 to 20 minutes from keystone ski resort. Very nice.

Convenient

The location was fantastic! Abby’s coffee shop was yummy and only a block away. The contract said if you forget any belongings you don’t need to worry, just contact them, and they will send it to you for shipping and a fee. We contacted them immediately about a forgotten item. Four days later and we still haven’t heard from them. Very displeased with their follow up and intentionality for the price we paid to stay!

We booked a five bedroom, 4 bathroom condo with two living spaces for a family vacation with 6 adults and 5 children. We arrived and had 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and one living space with no access to the basement which contained the other two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living space. The email and confirmation stated 5 bedrooms and there were also pictures of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. We called the support number, they were unable to help us to use the basement. We were very disappointed and crowded.

We don’t leave reviews very often but when we do it worth reading! This is the best location in Frisco! Here is the reason why. You are located on 4th street which is the center of the town crossing Main Street. You are two blocks off of all the shops and restaurant in town but you don’t deal with any traffic. From this location you don’t have to drive or worry about parking at all. Big Deal here! The condo has be remodeled in the past year and they did a great job. We have stayed here in the past and loved it before but now it like a new experience! Tile showers in every bathroom, a modern rustic clean design make the stay very relaxing. All new cabinets, countertop, and kitchen. The area is very roomy unlike a lot of tight condos that offer the same amount of people to stay. It also has a large garage for storage that works great for bikes and skies. Tankless hot water lets everyone endless hot showers all at the same time if needed. Big deal when everyone comes in from the slopes at the same time. I can’t say enough about this space. Oh! , and its a 2 min walk to Butterhorn Bakery and if you have ever been to Frisco then you know about the breakfast at Butterhorn! All and all a great experience and we will be back here every year!
