The 8-person saltwater hot tub/jacuzzi adorned with cobalt blue Spanish tile gets piping hot with the touch of a button, providing the ultimate spot for unwinding and stargazing.

5. BLISSFUL NIGHTS' SLEEP: Once you lie down it our Tempurpedic (or equivalent) style mattresses, you may never want to get out of bed! Add in extra-soft linens, a cozy duvet, a variety of pillows to choose from, plush faux fur blankets for extra warmth, blackout shades and a sound machine in the primary bedroom, darkening shades and ceiling fans throughout, and you have the recipe for the most extraordinary night’s sleep ever!

The property features a Samsung 55-inch mounted Smart TV in the Fireplace Room with access to Netflix and Prime, and a NEW Samsung 65-inch Smart TV in the main living room with access to streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Disney, Roku, and AppleTV, as well as Samsung TV channels including sports, weather, news, and movies.

THE LITTLE THINGS: In addition to great water pressure and new toilets in every bathroom, we also supply our guests with plenty of high quality toilet paper, paper towels, PureZero shampoo/conditioner, Method body wash, Method hand soap, a Conair hair dryer with attachments, a sewing kit, Turkish bath towels, pool towels, luggage racks, plus lots of laundry and dishwasher detergent. We also provide a fully stocked tea and coffee bar complete with Ninja 12 cup coffee maker, coffee press, grinder, whole bean and ground coffee, sugar, coffee mate, honey, Stevia in the Raw, Splenda, and Sugar in the Raw.

Additional details:

*Please note: Swimming pool is NOT heated but the Hot Tub/Jacuzzi IS HEATED year-round with the touch of a button. Jacuzzi sits much higher than the pool and is not affected by the temperature of the pool water. The design of the jacuzzi in relation to the pool makes it ideal for retaining warmth in the winter.

*Guest access: You have complete access to the house, property, and attached garage (with the exception of a shed & a small fenced area containing yard art in the backyard). There is additional parking in the driveway for up to 6 cars.

*Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a link to our personalized guest website containing important information such as the location, the neighborhood, things to do within walking distance, things to do within driving distance, what to pack, what the weather is like, and host contact details.

*Check-in details are sent directly to you 72 hours prior to checkin and again at the time of checkin. These details include wifi password and lockbox code.

*Every booking includes a free off-road excursion for two hours and up to 3 people per ride. We also have a jump seat that accommodates a child 5-10 yrs of age. If you like, we can divide your excursion into 2 one-hour excursions for 3 at a time (6 total) plus one child per ride who fits in the jump seat. Questions? Don't hesitate to ask!
