This is a newly renovated and furnished apartment. Every aspect of this building has been remodeled to showcase the building's mid-century modern roots and New Orleans' soul.

The artist owner has adorned the entire apartment with plants, fine art, photography and one-of-a-kind items from around the world inside every room to make this oasis just as expressive as our magical city.

Apartment can accommodate up to 3 people with our Queen bed convertible couch.

The apartment is only fit for up to 3 guests. There is no space for any additional guests to stay so any requests or questions that involve hosting more guests, even on an interim period, will be immediately declined.

You will have access to:
- ENTIRE APARTMENT: you have your own door to access your apartment directly
- PRIVATE GATED GARDEN: This outdoor space is available to all tenants in the building
- SECURE BICYCLE STORAGE: secure, gated and well lit bicycle area to lock up your bicycles or precious ebikes (this space is available to all tenants in the building)
- PRIVATE PARKING LOT: You can park in any open space (this space is available to all tenants in the building; there are no dedicated parking spots - it is first come, first serve)
