Beautiful Views

We stayed at the rental for four weeks, and really enjoyed swimming at the pool and watching wild birds at the pond. Lily's place is very pleasant, tidy and well cared for. The neighborhood is very quiet and the people are friendly. There's everything here that you need for a great stay.

This was a wonderful little condo! Everything was just perfect and our stay was great! The host was amazing and thought of everything to make the stay special with nice little touches like snacks and drinks! We had everthing needed for the beach and picnics too. The pool was good and the grounds were beautiful. I would come back anytime.

I love this condo!!!!!

We been renting this condo for almost 2 months and I love it, the place it’s very quiet and the pool it’s big for everyone else that it’s taking a bath as well. Lilly the owner it’s an amazing person and she is always there to help. Thank you Lily we love your condo!!

We enjoyed staying at your condo and booked another month in April of 2921. Nothing but good things to say. We had a wonderful experience staying at Davis Lakes and met some great people. Jose and Lilly were wonderful owners and treated us with all the respect one could ask for.

Davis Lake Condo

We loved the condo!! Great location. Many fun things close by and the restaurants were great. Lots of areas to shore fish and charters available. Owners are great and respond very quickly when contacted. Weather was prefect. We had a great time and will be back.

We love the water and figured it was a good time in our life to start thinking about retiring. We decided close to the beach, lakeview, pool and amenities were what we wanted. We also love adventures and the outdoors.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property because we fell in love with the view. At first glance, there is serenity, calmness, a water fountain in the lake and the pool surrounded by the lake. The greenery is luscious and seemed wonderful for walking, biking, and close to the beaches and shopping. Very central location!

What makes this property unique

Beautiful ducks and birds at the lake. Wonderful for birdwatching. At night if the sky is clear, you can lay a blanket and see the stars behind the lanai. Very Romantic and fun.(Binoculars provided)
