Multi-Family House - Sleeps 16

Sleeps 16 people: 5 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath house, 2 car garage (currently unavailable) and located only 8 minutes from Ted Stevens Airport. Master suite and bathroom on main level of house, an office with desk, printer, and HDMI cord to connect computer screen to your own computer/laptop on main level. Fully equipped kitchen with all cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, and all other kitchen supplies for cooking and/or eating, kitchen table that seats 6, but has extension to seat up to 8 plus a huge counter top, coffee pot, toaster. Living room has couch with recliners on both ends, love seat with recliners, and a reclining/rocking chair, 75" Samsung television with Directv.
Upstairs you will find 4 more bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and the laundry room with washer and dryer. All bedrooms have a flat screen television, blankets, pillows, and sheets provided. Board games, Air hockey, and foosball tables located upstairs in bedroom #5 with 2 futons. Bedroom #2 has 2 full size beds with small walk-in closet, Bedroom #3 has a queen bed with small walk-in closet with dresser, Bedroom #4 has a bunkbed (top - twin, bottom- full) and a full size bed with dresser and walk-in closet. ****There will be a $59 ins. policy added to the bill.

It was hard to find an affordable and nice option for such a big group in Anchorage but this was it! The house was clean, full kitchen set up, nice neighborhood, and everything just like the pictures. Our family had a great stay!

Best part of an Alaska cruise/vacation

House has great location and is well kept up. The owner was extraordinarily helpful in solving a couple of problems we had, Can't thank him enough. It made the trip! We spent 4 days in Anchorage before a 7 day cruise to Vancouver. Anchorage was the hit of the trip. Sample the local coffee shops They are everywhere.

Wonderful accommodations!

We were a family group of 3 adults and 5 kids in town to see “Hamilton”! The five bedrooms were great, and the game room with futons was wonderful. The house was immaculate and is in a nice neighborhood but close to amenities, and downtown was only minutes away. It was perfect for us. The keyless entry was easy, the VRBO app to text was not.

Lovely house for a large family

Robert's place was lovely, very comfortable with all the amenities for a large family with lots of children. It's very conveniently located, just 10 minutes from the airport which was very nice. Also it was in a quiet neighborhood and close to several parks. Robert was an excellent host, he went out of his way to help if we had a question and responded within minutes. He even borrowed a neighbor's car and ran us to the grocery store when he realized we didn't have our own vehicle. I would highly recommend this property. Robert is a wonderful host!

House was dirty , we can't even used the garage but I paid the whole house . If I know I can't used the garage I will not renting this place. A lot of dog and cats hair in the house .

We are sorry to hear that you felt this way. The house was not dirty. There wasn’t even cats or dogs in the house. It was stated on the description that the garage was unavailable before you rented it. We do pride ourselves in giving the best experience for our guests. Upon your departure we had a burnt kitchen floor, trash and food scraps all over our backyard, and several bath towels that were missing. Thank you for choosing our property.

When we arrived, we checked the house over and noted a broken futon. More than 1 person in our party noted the futon was broken. We were accused of a broken futon within 1 hour of check out after we left and owner submitted it to the insurance that we purchased. This was the first time in a VRBO that we were forced to purchase insurance and we have stayed at a lot of VRBO’s. House was dirty. Cob webs needed to be cleaned. Kitchen stove was dirty. No screens on the windows and the upstairs was very hot and uncomfortable to sleep. Carpets were dirty. Showers had black hair in them prior to our use. Toiletries were scant. Was told 10 am was check out and cleaner came in prior to 10 am.
