• Solar power pack (10 hours? depending on use) for the refrigerator, a fan and electronics in case of an outage. It's not perfect but, most units have nothing.
NOTE: Puerto Rico has very fragile power/water grids and outages do happen. Our complex has generators for the elevators and hallway lights only. They are not allowed in the individual units. If this could be a big problem for you, we suggest staying in a resort that has full generator power.

Juli and Richard are wonderful hosts, being very communicative and helpful during our stay. Their home is a lovely space, and the views cannot be beat; sitting on the balcony was great! It was very clean and very comfortable (comfy beds!) and had everything our family of 6 needed for our stay. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and access to the pool. Isla Verde is a lovely beach, and was a great location for ease from the airport and to explore the area. We certainly hope to be able to return again.

We took our 3 kids for fall break, ages 20,16 and 14. It was perfect, everyone had their own bed. The condo was beautiful and had all we needed. The views of the ocean from every window and balcony was breathtaking! I worked a lot while there and had the most amazing views as I worked. They had beach chairs, boogie boards, a wagon, umbrellas and beach towels to use which was so handy. The owners were super responsive to every question and need we had. They were quick to reply and made sure we were taken care of. We loved this condo and would absolutely stay here again if we came back. Thanks for the wonderful vacation!

Gorgeous views, clean, extremely accommodating condo with everything you could possibly need. I felt very safe with the gated community and 24/7 security, and there were countless places to walk and grab food. We ventured to El Yankle and San Juan, bother very accessible via Uber. The hosts were kind and responsive and we were extremely sad to head home. The beach waters were warm and very blue!

5 star VRBO in Isla Verde

I can't say enough about this great condo in Isla Verde! We traveled with our three adult kids (18-26) and had the best time! We had more than enough room to relax and spread out. The balconies and the view was outstanding. It was our first trip to PR and won't be our last! The condo was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. From beach towels, shampoo, dish soap to kitchen pots/pans, blender and utensils...it was all there! The condo was very clean with comfortable beds and everything was is great working order (unlike other condos we've rented at other locations). There was great security at the front gate as well as from the beach entry locations.We didn't rent a car and this place was in a wonderful location with close access to many restaurants, bars, convenience marts and a grocery store. It was very walkable & we felt safe during the day and night. The pool and beach were both super close and clean! No garbage on this beach. The sunsets were beautiful, pina coladas and pinchos just steps away & jet skis too. Ubering to OSJ, El Yunque and other locations was very affordable as well. We were close to many attractions yet slightly out of the hustle and bustle of San Juan. The communication with Juli was excellent. She checked in on us while we were there and answered all of my countless questions prior to the trip. Don't hesitate to book this location! Thank you Juli and Richard for hosting our family where we made countless wonderful memories together!

Trip to Isla Verde

We had a lovely stay in Puerto Rico. The owners were really responsive to all requests before we went on vacation. They had great suggestions emailed to us in advance. We had a mishap completely out of the owners control while there and they worked directly with us to resolve the issue promptly. They were totally reachable and called us immediately to resolve the issue. Great trip. Great place. Responsive owners. Also, to walk out onto the beach and rent umbrellas and chairs i thought it was much more reasonable than other areas we have been in. And i felt the area was really safe. I jogged everyday with no worries. We had no issues on the beach. Just nice people and good food.

Great beach, condo space good for families

We stayed for 6 nights over Spring Break with our 3 kids. We had last been to Puerto Rico for our honeymoon 18 years ago and stayed in a hotel. It was our kids first time as we normally do various VRBOs in Mexico. Pros: The beach was wonderful. Lots of sand and direct access. Condo was walkable to grocery, drug stores and restaurants. Hosts were very nice and communication was great. Unit was a nice set up for families with multiple kids vs a hotel room. Cons: Building was older and not well maintained. Obvious hurricane damage from years ago but some repairs could honestly be fixed in a day. For example the half filled kid pool with caution tape? Remove the tape, paint and it’s fixed. The tennis courts were also not usable. A huge con for us was the limited chairs/no umbrellas around the pool and not being able to bring food and drinks down for a pool day. Many people were sitting on hot cement. Because of this we didn’t use the pool.Access to the beach was another issue that residents were complaining about. Sometimes the gate was wide open, other times a guard had to let you in/out, or a guard was missing and then you were just locked out. At one point a group of 10 of us waited 15 minutes holding coolers and beach chairs for a guard to show up and unlock the gate so we could go back to our unit. Just no rhyme or reason/common sense to it…Overall for the price (probably higher due to spring break) we would not go back to this particular building

Puerto Rico in January

We wanted a long weekend of sun and beach, and we were happily surprised with a great beach, the rainforest, and Old San Juan. The nicely updated, very comfortable condo, allowed us to take full advantage of every day. Fully stocked kitchen and grocery nearby made for easy breakfast and lunch. Location of the condo was so close to the airport, easy to get to the rainforest and to old San Juan. Great recommendations for activities and restaurants. Owners checked in nicely, but we really had everything we needed

We love this condo! The location is just perfect! Beach funky and really close to great restaurants and activities! The beach is beautiful and there was a chair and umbrella rental place right in front the condo if you are too lazy to carry stuffs to the beach! The condo does have chairs for you and toys, though, if you prefer to bring your own! Overall we loved our stay there and would love to stay here again in the future! Also, the condo is very clean and well kept! Juli and Richard are very nice and really quick with their reply too if you need anything!

Amazing family beach stay!

This property exceeded my expectations and was 100% accurate to the listing. The views of the beach, the pool and sunsets were spectacular. The condo was perfectly designed for our family with a separate kids room and bathroom and they accommodated everything we needed: with beach chairs, toys, beach bag, cooler, you name it, they had it! Impressive! The property was clean, felt safe at all times and close to amazing restaurants within walking distance. The owners Juli and Richard were extremely responsive whenever we had questions or needed recommendations and we will definitely stay with them again! Property was great and as described. Beach was fantastic for walking and swimming. Condo came with everything needed for our stay. While a car is not needed I would highly recommend to explore the island without having to do expensive trips to get the full experience of PR. Hosts were very responsive to any of our questions.

We had an amazing stay! Julie & Richard were wonderful hosts from day 1. Their communication and attention was top notch. The condo itself was perfect. Our view of the beach from the balcony was priceless. We had everything we needed to have a great time. They even had beach toys that our 7 year old enjoyed immensely! Details such as beach chairs, coolers, tote bags made going to the beach a breeze! Kitchen was fully stocked including Puerto Rican coffee!! Location was perfect and safe. We rented a car and it was convenient to come in and out. We definitely recommend 100% and hope to come back!

I found exactly what I needed at Juli and Richards condo! They have provided everything you need to have an enjoyable and relaxing vacation. Beach chairs, coolers and beach towels for everyone. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials including spices and coffee. Very spacious for our group of five! Juli provided fun facts about PR, where to go and what to do during our stay. She was always quick to reply and answered all my questions and I had a lot! Bars, restauraunts, and souvenier shopping all within walking distance. Easy pick up at the front gate for Ubers. The view from every room was stunning. 10/10 recommend

Amazing trip

My family of four had the most amazing vacation here! Could not have ask for a better host, the condo had everything you could possibly need or want! The beach was the most beautiful beach we had ever seen and the location was within walking distance to anything you could need! I would absolutely recommend staying here and will definitely be planning a trip back to this magical island soon! We felt at home, safe, cozy and had plenty of space! The views are out of this world with 3 balconies entrances to view it from! Nice relaxing pool, play-grill area and basketball courts that we definitely used often!

Bucket List Dream Vacation

From start to finish this was a wonderful experience. I have wanted to go to Puerto Rico since I was a child, so this was a dream come true for me. From the moment I booked our vacation, Juli was very responsive to all of my questions. She went out of her way to make suggestions regarding restaurants and even things to do while we were on our trip. When we arrived, the condo (and specifically the view) exceeded our expectations. The owners have literally almost everything you need while you are at the beach. It was so nice to not have to buy everything. The condo is also so centrally located to any type of restaurant that you could want. We would spend our days in the beach and the evenings walking the area and deciding what we were going to try that night for dinner. If we had wanted to cook, everything we would have needed was there. While we were at the condo, there were only a few minor issues and Juli responded and assisted us within a short time of my email. Juli really went above and beyond for us and I highly recommend their condos. We will definitely come back and stay here!

We live and work in the foothills of the Sierra Mountains in Northern California but are very fortunate to spend most vacations on the “Enchanted Isle” of Puerto Rico. We very proudly call it our second home in paradise. Richard was born in San Juan and still has a lot of friends and family on the island. We love the tropical climate, the friendly people, the laid back attitude and the fascinating culture that Puerto Rico has to offer.

This Isla Verde condo has been our dream for many years. It just doesn’t get much better than waking up to the sparkling ocean water, the sound of the waves and the tropical sea breeze. The building and area amenities, the central location and the long stretch of pristine beach make it the perfect get away for almost anyone.
