Located in the heart of the magnificent Estrella Mountains you can find time to relax in our heated private pool and spa and then grabbing a chaise on the large pool deck or siting in under the shaded patio to enjoy a BBQ and your favorite drink. This private back yard is enhanced by the neighboring green park .

This beautifully renovated, and furnished home is1800 square ft, with 3 bedrooms , 2 baths, a den with sofa sleeper, a spacious kitchen /dining and living area and a double car garage.

Beautifully renovated and furnished in 2023 it is equipped with Cable TV with 4 smart TVs (3 in bedrooms) and wireless internet.
This comfortable home has nice separation between the spacious master suite and the guest wing.
It is just Fifteen minutes to spring training baseball at Goodyear Ball park, twenty minutes to Nascar racing at Phoenix International Raceway and thirty minutes to University of Phoenix Stadium for football.
If you love golf, the local Golf course is a fabulous Jack Nicklaus design desert golf course with lush greens surrounded by desert landscape and there in lots more golf in Arizona with numerous beautiful courses within easy driving distance.
Estrella Mountain Ranch is a fabulous resort community with two clubhouse facilities with fine dining and check out the miles of hiking and biking trails, beautiful parks, , and many other amenities.
Relax and enjoy a very quiet and safe community. Please keep in mind we really appreciate our neighbors and hope you will too.

Home for Spring Training

Easy access to all parks, especially west side. Great communication with owner and property manage. Kitchen well equipped and easy clean up. Very enjoyable month!

Our Stay

This place is fantastic! the beds are amazing and the linen is some of the best there is. Definitely heat the pool it is so worth it. Unfortunately we were traveling because of a death in the family. The pool allowed for needed renewal and relaxation. The host is super responsive and great to work with. Completely recommend!!!!!

Beautiful and peaceful for one person or a group!

This property was all that it promised to be and so much more! Great location in the peaceful Estrella Mountain neighborhood — so quiet, neighbors friendly, beautiful park adjacent to property where the quail run all day long, yet only a mile (give or take a tenth-of-a-mile) drive from a grocery, fast food, hair salons, other parks, etc. Wide sidewalks and mountain trails for walking/hiking were well-maintained and easily accessible. The house itself has a wonderful pool in the backyard with privacy. The house is beautifully decorated, so comfortable, and stocked with so many items that make a stay hassle-free — from every kind of kitchen item to lounge chairs and beach towels for the pool. I did not travel with an infant this trip but if I had a crib, high chair, toys, child dishes were all provided. The owner was very helpful and responsive from beginning to end of my stay (I stayed at this property for 12 nights) I would stay at this property again without hesitation. No complaints at all — only relaxation and wonderful memories.

Great time for a family vacation.

We had an amazing time. A beautiful home with all the amenities…we loved cooking family dinners together and the pool time was the cherry on top! Neighborhood/area is beautiful. A must to check out is the Goodyear recreational campus….they have an amazing park!

Awesome visit to Arizona!! This home is in a great location and quiet neighborhood. It had everything we needed. Was wonderful to get in the sunshine and enjoy the pool. Would rent again!!!

My sister and myself are Canadians who fell in love with Arizona , particularly Estrella Mountain Ranch . 20 years ago we bought our home. Love the dry heat and the fabulous Estrella Mountain Regional Park where we Mountain bike, hike and pickle ball.

Clean, quiet neighborhood with great neighbors with a community that has a resort style feel annnnd the dry heat sure helps these 65 year old knees. Love our time here.
