Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.
This spacious manufactured home is in the area of Lutz,Florida.
There's actually two units in this location.

There are plenty of amusement parks, outdoor activities and major-league professional sports including
baseball football and hockey. Also nearby
beaches like Clearwater and St. Petersburg
with delicious restaurants and shops all at
your access.

This is a beautiful manufactured home located in Lutz. There's two units in one building.. This one is a 2 bedroom 2 bedroom equipped with a full kitchen, living room and a beautiful front yard. the reason I also a secondary unit available if you have more guests that will be staying. the second unit is a one bedroom unit with a full kitchen, living room and dining room. this one has an awesome backyard.

They have been completely remodeled with our guests in mind.

Wonderful property

We feel so fortunate to have found this property. First the property is very well maintained and clean. It was outfitted with everything we needed for our extended stay. We were trying to stay near family and this location was perfect.

Amazing property

The stay here was awesome. Everything was better than what it looked like in pictures. Very comfortable beds. My kids were both able to share a large room with large beds, separated by enough space to not have issues ( LOL ).

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home for a family member wedding weekend. We were close to all stores we needed and wanted. The home was clean and the property was very well kept. We all enjoyed our stay at the palms and will for sure be booking again as the host were great answering all our questions and making us feel like home.

The property is very easy to find and just beautiful. It is very clean and smells wonderful. It is beautifully decorated in an ocean theme with blues, tans and whites. There is plenty of closet and overall storage space. Cooking utensils, plateware and laundry facilities are included. We sat outside on the porch and there were NO BUGS flying around the sensor lights!! I would highly recommend this property and I might reserve it again for next year. Without knowing the area, it turned out to be 9 minutes from my daughter and her family. That's who we were there to visit!!

nice quite location. and the caretakers next door were great. the underlayment under the mstr bdrm is giving-way and it's only a matter of time before someone falls through.

Perfect with a Side of Impressed

I planned a week trip with my 4 kids to visit family and like the listing posted, it had every thing I needed, but once I got there is was larger than I expected. A huge front yard to lay out all my tarps and tent pieces that had been drenched camping. Carport parking was perfect because it rained alot while there and we didnt get wet coming going. Grocery and gas was very close as well.

Overall house is okay but only got one night of four. Needs more things..wine and "glass" glasses, ice maker plus greeting packet with some added info.Had major electrical issue after first night so had to move to hotel. Not much assistance from owner to help us. Don't think we'll be back. VRBO contact was helpful to ensure refund.

We saw the Host briefly, our stay was good, Unit was very clean, We’ve stayed before in that Unit two years ago, it seemed run down since then. Bathtubs were not kept up, non-slipping strips were worn off, very dangerous for an older person. Main bathroom was missing a towel bar. Second bathroom had a crack where you step getting into the tub, again very dangerous!Largest inconvenience was No Dishwasher! I never read the Ammenities because we were there before. We arrived Thanksgiving week, so I needed a dishwasher, cooking for 12 people.! Kitchen was not stocked well, old pots and pans, 3 plastic cups (blue) were all cracked, no wine glasses, etc. Very Disappointing overall!
