12 South has all the amenities such as restaurants, coffee shops, clothing stores and gift shops. With even more coming. This property is literally just steps away from all the fun yet a block off for some privacy & quite. Enjoy!
This is an amazing property that I was grateful to be able to stay in for the summer. The owner is professional, thoughtful and detail oriented which made my stay all the more enjoyable. The property's location is perfect...literally steps to the 12 South area of Nashville which has incredible shopping and dining. The house is clean, efficient and comfortable. Appliances work well and there were no issues with anything malfunctioning or not performing properly. Parking the driveway behind the house was easy and safe. I would highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay there again! Fabulous!
Pros: House is in an excellent location, walkable to everything on 12 South and Sevier Park (Farmer's Market). Living room is spacious and comfortable and kitchen is updated. Internet worked well. Has everything for a short term stay. What could improve: For a longer term stay, I noticed there were several things I wished the unit had that I ended up buying myself (a throw blanket for the couch, a laundry bin, a hot water kettle, and an extension cord for the bedroom so you could charge your phone on the nightstand at night, additional closet hangers). There are also only four plates and four bowls in the kitchen so dishes need to be done very regularly. The bedroom could be improved with some blackout drapes - the porch light of the neighbor is right outside the bedroom window and shines in even with the blinds closed. The only way to get from the parking spot behind the house to the front door is along the side of the house - there is no exterior lighting and only a few paver stones to walk on which can get muddy/slippery if it's been raining. Lastly, noting that the neighbor who is a longer term tenant in general is very quiet but does drum practice several times a week during the day which can be noisy if you are trying to work from home.In general, I would consider staying here again!
