AutoZone Park is a 12-minute walk from the apartment, while FedExForum is 1 km from the property. The nearest airport is Memphis International Airport, 16.1 km from the property.

Getting Around:
| Parking | Overnight paid public parking is available for purchase right across the street from the building. Rates may vary but are approximately $30/night. Monthly parking available for long stays to be arranged with the garage.

The best way to reach the apartment is using a cab, or Uber. Should you choose to use Uber, we would recommend downloading the app and you will be able to use this to call for the Uber once you have picked up your luggage from the airport. The estimated cost for each brand of Uber varies but starts at approximately $25.

| Same-Day Bookings | We work hard to make our homes available for same day booking for those guests in need. With that said, we require a 2-hour processing time from the point that your pre-arrival form is completed, to process and approve it, and provide access details. We ask that guests that are booking same day refrain from arriving before completing the pre-arrival form and confirmation that their reservation has been approved for check-in.

| Locals | Due to restrictions placed on us by our landlord and as a condition pertaining to our ability to host, we are unable to accept reservations from guests local to the area (within 60 miles of the listing's city). By booking, you hereby accept and agree to this condition and that you'll be required to show proof of residency. Any reservation which does not comply with this restriction will be subject to cancellation. Please contact us if you're booking within your city.

| Representative Photos | We have multiple Abode’s at this property. Each one is designed to provide our guests a beautiful, clean, and comfortable place to stay. The photos will give you a sense of this building’s style. While your Abode may be vary slightly, it will be just as well designed.

| Long Stay Cleaning Fees | Abode reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee when a stay exceeds 30 days. For each 30 days increment, an additional cleaning fee will be added to the stay.

| ID/Credit Card Verification | Guests are required to digitally provide a valid government-issued ID and selfie prior to check-in. This specifically including a photo of the government identification near the face of the guest to verify possession. That identification and individual submitting it must match the name of the person making the reservation. There are no third party bookings allowed.
Additional CREDIT CARD payment verification may be required.
