The place was very spacious, clean, has everything you need and a short walk to the slopes. It was perfect for our daily on spring break.

Convenient location to downtown area, restaurants and base of Peak 9. Only complaint was there is a lot of stairs.

Great condo for ski trip!

Our party of 6 stayed here for a 3-day family ski trip and it was perfect. Plenty of room to relax in the condo, easy walking access to Breck and ski lifts, plus a minute away from hot tubs! Would stay there again!

Guys Ski Trip

We had 8 guys in for a ski trip. It was a little cramped for all of us, but was exactly how it was advertised. Clean and affordable. Would stay again.

Breck Ski Trip

Everything was better than expected, walking distance to downtown we walked down everyday! Just beautiful town! Used pool and hot tubs daily! the only thing negative was it was very dusty and someone else's clothes were in the drawers.We would come back

Great location and awesome communication!

We had the perfect stay at this property. Everywhere we ate was less than a 10 minute drive and other days we had no issues walking (even to the slopes)! We arrived to town earlier than expected and management accommodated that by allowing us to check in early. My friends mentioned their beds weren’t as comfortable as hoped for but overall we had a great stay.

Conveniently located

Good experience. Easy walk to Quicksilver, the property is split on 3 levels, the dinning and living room have some views on the mountains. The water heater tank is big enough to accommodate several warm showers (it’s worth to be noted…)

Great Location!

Lances West is a great location with easy access to the slopes. The condo was in great condition with all the amenities we needed. When we had trouble working the TV, the management company was super friendly, helpful and quick to respond and help figure out the problem, even sending a staff person over to the condo. The only thing that was tricky is the lock on the front door - it was hard to unlock and lock. Great stay overall!
