The home had plenty of room and was well equipped. Easy to locate and very easy to get to the beach and around town. My negatives were 1) the outside has completely grown up around the porch and you can barely recognize it from the front, and 2) while we very comfortable, the decor and furniture could definitely use some updating.

Wonderful location near Manasota Beach! We stayed for a month and enjoyed the “old Florida” vibe of the area, the fenced in yard for our dog, and the relaxed atmosphere of this vintage Florida property. The property manager was extremely responsive via text, communicating through the arrival of a new outdoor grill that was delivered our first week! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and spices, although the water cooler pictured is no longer at the property. Those needing a handicapped accessible property should probably look elsewhere. The property appears to have been added onto several times, which adds to the charm, however, there are steps where you would not necessarily expect them.It was wonderful to have 2 separate rooms with desks where we could close the doors and work remotely and having the extra monitor really helped! However, the photos show a keyboard at the desk in the 3rd bedroom that was not at the property when we arrived.Overall, our stay was great and we would stay again!!
