Property was everything we needed to enjoy our stay in the St. Augustine South area. Conveniently located next to a pool. We even had deer visit outside a few evenings!

This condo was perfect for our family. Close to beach, shopping and downtown. Beds were very comfortable along with everything you need in the kitchen. Great communication with Julie. We will be back!!

This condo is one of the best vacation rentals I've ever stayed in, and I didn't want to leave! It was spacious, comfortable, spotless, well-equipped with everything I needed, and it's also in the quietest, most beautiful little spot. It's about a 10-minute drive to the beach and maybe 15 minutes from downtown, so it's a perfect location. I booked this unit mainly because of its proximity to family, but it would be ideal for anyone visiting Saint Augustine. It's like a little oasis off the beaten path. I felt like I was coming home when I returned each night after visiting with my family for the day. The host, Julie, is also wonderful and so easy to communicate with, and she was so attentive in making sure my stay was going well. I can't wait to return to this property and highly encourage anyone to book a stay there. You won't regret it!

We are Doug and Chrissy Burg and Gary and Julie Erwin, owners of Sunrise Paradise and Private Retreat under Oak Canopy condos. Julie and Chrissy are sisters and BFFs for life, and as life-long Michiganders, we understand the great importance of escaping from the cold weather and snow.
