Little Bit Farm - Create your own stay

Horses right outside your windows. Calming and peaceful inside.
We offer dinner cooked to order if you wish (2) just $75
We offer Yoga sessions $15
We offer PEMF machine rental $35 (internet explains it)
We are close to downtown Canton /restaurants/shops and a new micro brewery in Canton and one in downtown Ball Ground.
Pet friendly - 1 dog - No Smoking!

Hanging bed or pullout sofa both queen size. Private porch area with small
firepit - cook or just roast some marshmallows.
The space
Inside the unit you will find a spa like setting towel warmers, face towel warmer, everything to make the perfect cup of coffee, hot chocolate or tea.
Farm fresh duck eggs and english muffins and bagels await you in the morning. An airfryer/toaster oven can cook just about anything you desire and we have provided a cookbook for that also. Soothing music, a Roku TV and candles - just lay back on the hanging bed and relax.

We are 6 miles from interstate 575 Canton, Georgia. Lots of great restaurants in our quaint downtown area and close to beautiful Gibbs Gardens. Walking trails nearby Amicalola Falls State Park, Etowah River Trails, Roberts Lake trail in Ball Ground and our own small 2 mile loop trail in our neighborhood Veterans Park are available and we will pack a lunch for you $12

All Kids ride a horse for a bit if they wish - just ask
Guest access
Guests welcome to use outdoor fireplace inside the paddock area for cooking a great meal or relaxing and interact with our horses - they love treats and hugs and white wine. Feel free to walk around the property and visit with the animals. Treats provided in canister.
Small fire pit right outside your door with charcoal provided and cooking pans plus everything to make somemores. Ask us about wineries nearby and live intimate music venues such as Matildas and West Milford farm Friday night concerts very close by - these are amazing.
Feather's Edge art gallery and winery with live music on the weekends. - Truly some amazing things to do in Canton - just ask us! We love our town.

We love to cook for you complete with candles , flowers and your choice of meat and veggies, salad & bottle of wine and dessert. per couple. Dine with the horses outside or happy to serve you inside. $95 per couple

Our stay at Little Bit Farm was absolutely magical. From the horses greeting us at arrival to a romantic dinner by the fire (with Adele’s incredible cooking and wine), everything was perfect. One night just wasn’t enough... we can’t wait to come back and stay longer. If you’re looking for a romantic getaway, this is the place!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful guest house and property with us! Everything was truly wonderful! The house was clean, comfortable and decorated so beautifully. It felt like a spa retreat with horses. My only regret was that we weren’t there longer. I sincerely hope to stay again the next time we visit Georgia.

The pictures don’t do the beauty of this place justice. Adele has put a tremendous amount of love and care into every last detail of this place. Both inside and out her attention to detail makes the hospitality, beauty and peacefulness of this stay well worth the trip. Also, the trails were a nice hike that my dog really enjoyed and the horses are very friendly.

Such a beautiful property! Inside and outside were perfect. She was very accessible by text, the horses were sweet, landscaping was gorgeous! The inside was like a top notch spa, smelling of an aveda institute! It was very peaceful

Cozy Farm Stay

My family was in town for a family event and we wanted to stay somewhere unique! We are so glad we found the Little Bit Farm! The house was cozy and looks right out to the horses. Our daughter (1 1/2yrs) loved watching the horses. The house was extremely clean and cozy! A great family get away!!

Hospitality at its finest

This was truly a wonderful experience for our family. The place had everything we needed but Adele added such unique experiences and over the top touches to our stay. Weekend Escape

This property was the perfect weekend escape into the quiet country. Me and my partner stayed in the little cottage for just a night and wish we stayed longer. The touches made it feel like a spa and the add ons made it a truly restful weekend.

Quaint Horse Farm!

The property is beautiful and the horses are wonderful. The steak and salmon were cooked well and rhe flavors were worth every penny. Adele is kind and respectful. Reserve your stay while you can.

Atlanta Legacy Showcase with Family

Fantastic accommodations for family of 4. Beats any of the stay-to-play options! You can’t pet, feed and ride horses at a Hampton Inn! Adele was a friendly and courteous host.

Great weekend escape

You won’t be disappointed with the rustic farmhouse style with spa-like touches. The friendly horses greeted us upon arrival, and the cozy little abode was perfect for a night away. The hosts were available and nearby without feeling too close. This property was the best find!

Restful and tranquil

Adele’s place is a unique and refreshing experience. The property is tucked back away from any traffic or noise amid horse farms, pastures and family homes. All elements are truly individual design, from the rainfall shower to the relaxing swing bed everything is in place for the most restorative experience possible. Cannot recommend this experience enough!

Relaxing weekend getaway

We love this place! I booked it as a little weekend getaway for me and the husband and it was great. Very clean and cozy. It comes with an extra bonus; some very sweet horses right outside your living room window. They walk up to greet you when you walk in the back yard or you can just watch them from the couch. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. I honestly can’t think of one negative thing about this place. And the host was great. She made sure the place was welcoming and had everything you need. She’s a very sweet lady and very knowledgeable about her horses. I do regret not booking the dinner she cooks for you, but we will definitely be back and book it then!

Cozy, relaxing, and it became the highlight of our trip!

Adele went above and beyond with this gem! The candles were lite when we walked into a warm, very inviting stay with a fabulous view to enjoy and a sunset to remember right out the window. She had everything you could even dream of in the fridge, along with the treats for every age to enjoy. The offer of warm towels and washcloths with the lots of amenities to enjoy during our stay was another treat! Our favorites had to be her horses, Star and Fisher! They were the absolute sweetest horses, and my 9 year old had as much fun as her Gigi and I did at Lil Bit Farm! Gibson Gardens is a must see while you visit, as well. We can't wait to come back and spend more time here.
