Great house, great location

This house is very convenient to I-45 to get you anywhere in the city, in addition to surface road travel if that is preferred. The check in was very simple, any questions were quickly answered and the host was very gracious. We brought our dog, was the yard was enclosed so it was easy to manage the puppy's needs. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Houston!

Beautiful Stay!

I stayed at this house for my 22nd birthday! The house was very clean and very gorgeous! The check in process was great and the additional fence and gate around the home made me feel very safe. I will say the freeway is extremely loud as I was woken up from cars with loud exhausts. The master bed is also quite uncomfortable. Other than that the stay was great!

The location is great and the house was clean. There was plenty of space to enjoy our family there. However, the primary bedroom’s bed and one of the secondary’s beds were super hard. If you like extremely hard beds, you’ll like this. For us, it disrupted our sleep and we woke up sore from it. We even left a day early, just to get back to our own beds.When we went to use the code to get into the lockbox, they had given us the wrong code, and it took a little while to get someone to respond to us. And then when we were inside, we didn’t get the WiFi information until late that evening, even though it was supposed to be sent the day before we arrived.This place seems to be a house solely used for rentals. The tv was not connected to anything, and that took awhile to get anything streaming. Even the refrigerator wasn’t connected to a water line, so we had to buy water and ice to drink.The house has a lot of potential but more care needs to be taken to make it better for renting.
