This was our group’s fourth staying at The Swallow. Needless to say, everything works perfectly for us. The location is just far enough out of town to avoid the crowds, but still easily access the shops, marinas and restaurants. The updates made to the cottage are proof that Quaint Cottages take pride in their properties. The host for each of our visits has been Ethan. His prompt response to all of our inquiries put him at the top of our ‘favorites’ list. We will be returning for our fifth stay next year.

This place was great..location and comfort. Plenty of towels and well equipped kitchen.Small bathroom needs more hooks or rods for hanging towels and a shelf or two for putting bathroom items.VRBO picture shows it with red trim but buildinghas been painted a darker color.Overall we loved our stay here!

The house was very cute and well equipped! Location was great and within a few minutes walking distance from downtown Saugatuck and the cute restaurants/shops! The fire alarms all started beeping at some point in the weekend and were a little hard to reach to get them to stop and I wish the porch had been cleared of all the spider webs before arrival but overall it was a great stay!

It was a cute little cottage. Really great location to the town. Overall it was clean. There were some spiders and ants but we were near some woods so it’s understandable. The water pressure and the heat of the water were very touch and go so you never really knew what you would get when showering. It is part of a little cluster of cottages which I don’t feel the description accurately depicts. Also, the hot tub is semi-private other guest walking to their cottage can partially see you when walking by and it sits under a tree that drops acorns. It was still a really great stay and wonderful location.

The cutest cottage in the best location for visiting Saugatuck. So easily walkable to the main spots, and beautiful area as well! The house was clean and spacious and had everything we needed!
