We had a wonderful vacation at the Barn. It was very spacious and great for dogs and young kids. The pool and hot tub were a BIG hit! The house was so close to the beach and town. We are definitely going back next year!

Three Generations Family Vacation

Super accommodating property for a large group, in our case three generations of family. Extra features like pool, sauna, and game room were great.

Great place And plenty of room for two families. We had three and still had plenty of space. Hosts were amazing at getting back to us with any questions we had. Pool and hot tub were perfect for the kids

The location was great. A few things did not work - shower fans, WiFiThe one bathroom in the barn was not enough for four adults who were staying there.

For future guests, we want to clarify a few things: Bathroom Setup: The Barn does have 1.5 bathrooms, with a full bath on the main floor and a half bath located in the basement cantina. We publish the full bathroom layout in the listing so guests can decide if this layout works for them prior to booking. Bathroom Fans: The shower fan issue mentioned has already been addressed and resolved. WiFi: The WiFi was working during this stay and simply needed to be reset; however, the guest did not reach out to us during their visit regarding this. We are always available to assist in real time if anything comes up so we can make sure your stay is as seamless as possible. We’re thrilled you loved the location and hope future guests will enjoy the space, amenities, and proximity to everything Cape Cod has to offer.

We rented this home for our large family while attending a wedding in Chatham. This property is magnificent! The vast kitchen island and fire pit areas were a gathering spot until very late at night. The barn is a really unique and special feature. Highest quality down to every detail, from the spectacular coffee bar area, construction finishes to the sheets/bedding/towels. A five star stay at a beautiful home. We will definitely return!

We had a very nice stay overall! The location of this home is incredible—extremely close to town, the beach, and fantastic local restaurants. The house easily fit our family and gave us plenty of space to relax and enjoy our time together.I’m leaving 4 stars primarily because of the price point. At this rate, we expected the property to be a bit better maintained. A few issues we ran into:Safety & Maintenance: There were missing outlet covers in the barn, which was a worry since we were traveling with five little kids. A few light bulbs/fixtures didn't work, and the hot tub wasn't working when we arrived (though to their credit, management had it fixed during our stay).Listing Amenities: The listing photos showed an espresso machine noted as "fully stocked," but it wasn't at the house. There was a regular coffee maker, but bring your own coffee and supplies as nothing was provided.Payment Reminders: I never received an automated reminder for the final 50% balance before check-in, which meant having to quickly process payment while on the road.It’s a great home in a stellar location, but fixing these small upkeep details and sharpening the communication would easily make it a 5-star stay.

Big and Beautiful!!

This property is beautiful and worked perfectly for a group of 6 adult couples. Two of the bedrooms in the house are bunk rooms so we drew numbers to see who got first pick of the bedrooms :) one couple ended up in a bunk room but it still worked just fine! The "barn" slept 3 couples, with 3 other couples in the main house. The pool was warm, the beds were comfy, the kitchen was beautiful! And OMG we LOVED the 2 HUGE sectionals. Note: we went just after Labor Day and it does get to be sleepy on the cape that time of year due to school being back in session - so mind the quiet hours! Our recommendations: because we were a large group, the bedrooms could benefit with a mirror in each so that us women can finish get ready in our bedrooms and keep the bathrooms moving for showers. The FUN neon light in the cantina couldn't be used because it tripped the breaker when on. Thank you for a beautiful place for our visit!
