About this property

All inclusive Oceanfront Residence Club Villa on bridgeless Daufuskie Island. Your rental will include concierge services to make your ferry (pedestrian only), parking and grounds transport arrangements for each guest. Also includes one golf cart - can be either 4 or 6 seater, just let us know what you prefer.

Our concierge can assist with suggestions for grocery delivery, and excursion or event bookings.

Three, Four or Seven Day stays are allowed and check in/out are Thursday and Sunday ONLY.

Unit includes beautiful large bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Unit comes with a fully-equipped kitchen that offers granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Unit offers a large great room with gas fireplace that opens to spacious covered wooded porches. Gas grills are located outside of each building.

Pack n Plays and high chairs are available on request. Beach chairs and umbrellas, as well as linens, bath towels and toiletries welcome package are supplied for each unit.

Televisions are in each bedroom with an extra-large television in the Great Room as well as DVD players. A washer and dryer is also included.

WIFI with 5G speeds is available throughout.

The island is beautiful!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely beach home. It was close to the beach and it was beautiful and cozy. The beach house was clean and it had all the amenities that you would need to make you feel right at home…..washer & dryer, screened in porch and golf cart for your convenience. The island was very lovely…..lots of deer and wildlife to enjoy. But the coffee shop was closed during our stay…..so no coffee during our four day stay was a little rough!

Girl's Trip

The villa was perfect for a long weekend girls trip. Plenty of space and well stocked with everything we needed! Kurt, Tammy and Krista (the concierge) were always quick to respond and helpful. Would not hesitate to stay at one of their properties!

Perfect place to enjoy quiet beach time with the family

Excellent location to walk to the very tranquil beach or ride the golf cart over. Villa was very clean and the island is very pet friendly. Beautiful enclosed spacious porch to sit outside and enjoy dinining, playing games, reading, etc. Owners/Concierge responsive to questions/concerns. I would only say the beach chairs need to be upgraded or let people know to bring their own more comfortable ones. There was limited storage containers for food and no salad/cereal bowls that I could find. Just a few minor suggestions, but definitely would recommend this property to others and would stay again!

Excellent property but all additional necessities overpriced

The villa and its location on the island is great, however, it is surrounded by "zombie" abandonded properties which ruin the overall appeal along with broken wine cooler. There are broken bikes inside first floor storage room. We fixed a few. The kids had a blast since we didn’t have beach-friendly weather during our stay. It was cloudy and cool outside. The very next day someone put away all of the bikes and locked the storage... 😐dissapointing. Due to ferry restrictions we could not bring bikes from home and the bikes rental is not currently open, similarly to many other advertised local "attractions". There is a swimming pool open nearby but they charge $20 for adults and $12 for kids or $50 for a family of four. Complete ripoff!!! The pool does not offer towels, all games are extra $60/each (basketball, volleyball) and no outside food and drinks are allowed. The pool offers chips and soda for additional cost. The local food sources are open for a limited number of hours, usually between 11 and 3 or are closed completely. The pricing is also very high. Mostly fast food is offered. We brought our own food risking additional bags cost at the ferry. The ferry alone was over $60 per person plus $12/night parking fee and only one 50lb bag per passenger limit. Each additional bag in season cost extra $12. Overall, we loved the new experience seeing many animals on the island and millions of dead jellyfish and abandonded houses on the beach but Hawaii trip cost the same...

Excellent and Relaxing Stay! Absolutely dog friendly!

This was our first time to Daufuskie Island and the JonBie team made the whole process flawless! It was so nice to have a concierge service to help coordinate the ferry and ground transportation! And loved that a golf cart was included in the rental. Everything was so convenient. Krista and Kurt were so helpful and accommodating! The condo was spacious and clean, and adequately stocked. Location was fantastic and super easy walk to the beach! We walked the beach multiple times a day! We loved how dog friendly the island is! We literally could bring our dog everywhere. This is definitely the best place we have been so far in the South that is truly dog friendly. If you are looking for a place that is friendly, quiet, no crowds, casual, relaxing, and dog friendly, this is the place!
