Welcome to Overland Park! This home is all yours to enjoy. Remote works or bring family. All bedrooms has Smart TV! We have deliciously comfortable 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed twin over full, 1 trundle bed with 2 twin mattress! Fast Fiber optic WIFI. Nice patio to enjoy BBQ or relax. Washer/Dryer and Garage parking included. Pet friendly with Fenced yard. Peaceful neighborhood walking to park. Only 5 mins drive to Downtown Overland Park, 10 mins to plaza shopping, 15 mins to Downtown Kansas city Union Station. If you have any requests, Please ask me! :-)

Recently renovated with stainless steel appliances. Beautiful hardwood floor. Comfortable beds. Washer/dryer included. Central AC.

The whole house, garage and fenced back yard is ALL yours to enjoy!
Other things to note
No party, No smoking, No loud music. Please be respectful to the neighbors as they are very friendly and nice people. If there is smoking in the home you will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

We stood for 5 days my dad and I are training for home dialysis so we wanted comfy and welcoming and this house was just that! The attached garage made it seem safer and the Host messaged me right after booking and was welcoming throughout and responded right away when I had a question. Negatively, only that the tvs were up on the wall way too high but not a deal breaker at all!

My wife, our pets, and I stayed at this property for about 1.5 months while moving to the area. Aaron was very quick with responses and very helpful with the property when needed. The location was perfect as it was in a quiet neighborhood and close to amenities. The big yard was also perfect for our dogs and the neighborhood was great for taking them on walks. The house was a little dates but overall very good stay.

This home adequately served our needs. We were away mostly during the day and only stayed overnight. Beds OK. And even though we didn't need them, there were a number of spices in the cupboard. Bring your own coffee. Three TVs should cover any needs! We did not use the single car garage, but it was available. There is an off-street driveway. Large enclosed back yard that I finally saw out the window the one morning we didn't leave before daylight. Clean, and basics in the shower and bathroom if you need hair products, also a hair dryer. Bring your own coffee!If I need a place to stay while visiting family in Kansas City, I'd stay here again.

Glad we found a place we could bring our cat.

The property is tired. Sprucing up would help. A/C worked well. Counters in kitchen are wood painted white. Some simple cleaning products, kitchen towels and a mixing bowl would help.
