Welcome to Evelyn’s Front Porch. Our family has lived here for 50 plus years and we have been an integral part of the community since 1969. Our house is centrally located in historic downtown Swansboro, within walking distance to local restaurants, bars, and entertainment. It is a short drive to beautiful local Crystal Coast beaches. If you’re looking for the full Swansboro and Crystal Coast experience, this is the place for y’all.

A spacious 3 bedroom and 1 full bathroom open concept house that sleeps six people comfortably. Great room, dining room and full kitchen with a shared laundry room. A large front porch to enjoy the day along with a grill and outdoor seating. It is within walking distance to downtown Historic Swansboro that has many choices of restaurants, bars, and shopping. A short drive to the amazing Crystal Coast beaches. A fabulous vacation spot!

This is a “ duplex rental home”. There is an additional 1 bedroom, 1 full bath rental located in the back with separate entrance. No living spaces are shared in exception for the laundry facilities that are on a scheduled time for each rental with separate entry. Also displaying original, stunning artwork from local artists that is available for purchase!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful weekend in Emerald Isle and were able to stay in this house overnight. Everything was clean, in good working order, and it was a lovely spot not far at all from the beach. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Had a great time.

Quiet neighborhood. Very spacious and not overly furnished or decorated, which made for plenty of room to hang out and chat with friends. Communication was excellent, answered all my questions quickly. Queen size beds in every room. Very comfortable and cozy bedding. Super comfortable couch, great for napping. Bathroom had great lighting and had some basic extra items in case we forgot anything. Overall wonderful stay.
