A Homecoming
It starts by pulling unto The Wild Pony Farm and opening up the gate, and the horses and ponys are so interested in their new friends. The welcoming front porch, and the well kept surroundings. Its just so Peaceful. You park behind the back and find a nice covered patio or carport with rocking chairs to enjoy your stay with. The home is so spacious ans clean, you don't feel isolated, you feel at home. Each room is so tastefully done and the kitchen is so well stock. Okenty if cabinet and counter space. I found myself sitting more at the kitchen table, si i could keep an eye in the ponies...so very nice. Our hostess Leslie was wonderful and so accommodating. We will be back.

Thank you for wanting to learn more about me and my family! I am a native of the Crystal Coast and so is my husband. Together we have raised A son now 31 and two daughters now 30 and 25. We love living here and love our coastal area. We have deep roots back to our families historys as far back as the 1700's ( I have a grandfather buried in the Beaufort Cementary at Ann's Street Methodist He was the Doc whom Married, Wrote his will and died all in the same day and is on the tour! GO SEE THE TOUR! )
This was my grandparents home and I redid it in 2015 and again just recently! I has large rooms and wonderful spaces! Come see it for yourself and come stay awhile and relax.
You will share the property with our 7 horses, Dolly, Movin out of Town, Cody ( Country co Star ) Ghost and Big Lilley and then we have two minis Little Lilley and Anna Claire . I will be coming to the farm once a day to tend to their needs and happily will tend to yours with the Southern Hospitality mama taught me. No disrespect if I say "yes mam and NO mam, it is just in me " Come as you are !

Why they chose this property

This property was my grandparents home and they built her solid as a rock. It has withstood all the rough hurricanes with no damage! It is about 2600 sq feet and has three large bedrooms and two full baths and a huge laundry room you could fit another king sized bed in ! HA In the beautiful country of Stella it sits 10-15 mins from the Emerald Isle Bridge! Close by is the T and W oyster bar, one of the most famous Sea Food houses still open in Carteret County where you can get the fresh local catch. Close to all areas being centrally located, you are a quick jaunt to all the bases and beaches. 20 Min to Jacksonville, NC -10 min to Swansboro, 35 mins to New Bern -30 mins to Morehead City-45 mins to Beaufort. This house is beautiful and has been redone. It has a coastal flaire to the decorating along with the horsey feel of a ranch . It is a RANCH all on one floor in case you hate steps, there is a ramp going up ! There is always a breeze! Strawberry picking across the street and you can get a wonderful Bogue Sound Watermelon and eat her right on up!

What makes this property unique

Horses, Ranch STYLED , Handicap Ramp , close to the beaches ...5 minutes to Seafood Restraunt , T and W oyster Bar! Off the White Oak River , White Oak Shores Campground is right across the street .
