Enjoy this newly constructed Seacrest Beach house with easy access to the pool and beach! There are 3 kings, 1 queen and twin bunk beds to sleep a total of 10 guests. Enter the first floor where you will find the main living space with the kitchen, living and dining areas all in and open concept. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a unique mermaid tile back splash and a center island with three bar stools. It is open to the living room which is complete with a sectional, flat screen TV and a first floor powder room. The dining room has a round table and seating for six guests. The back patio has a propane grill and a table with two chairs. 

Head on up to the second floor where you will find the primary suite complete with a king size bed and private en suite. The stunning en suite has two sinks, a tub and walk in shower. The other guest bedroom on the second level is also a king bed with a private en suite. This en suite has a single sink and tiled walk in shower. 

Escape to the third floor to find the bunk room, two guest bedrooms and a shared bathroom. At the top of the stairs is the custom built twin over twin bunk. There is one queen guest bedroom and one king guest bedroom. The hall bathroom has a single sink and a shower/tub combo. 

The house is in the perfect neighborhood for a bide or walk. This property is close to restaurants and shopping in Seacrest, Rosemary, and Alys Beach. The seasonal complimentary beach tram takes you to the beach access, or you can walk to it, which is about a 7 minute walk. The owners have graciously provided a beach cart, cooler, towels and chairs - please ensure these items are left upon departure.
