This property is perfect for 2 couples traveling together, each couple has their own space. We loved the location of the rental it was very quiet and its close to everything. We enjoyed the golf privileges at the golf course and the use of the clubs at the property was an added bonus!Kat answered all our questions and got back with us promptly each time. You can't go wrong renting this great property!

The home was super clean, fully stocked kitchen as well as all the things needed for a great beach day. Kat was so kind and helpful from the initial booking to the end of our stay.
Clean, roomy, well equipped with all the kitchen, beach, and pool items one could need. Beautiful golf course views. Well located in the upscale Waikaloa resort area- 7 minutes to the state beach, 4 minutes to “A-Bay”, 4 minutes to shopping, restaurants, etc. Quiet community, beautiful swimming pool. Mix of residents and quiet vacationers that were very respectful of the residents, no party scene, just rest! Thank you!
Very nice property well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and the beach. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were nice and clean. Great location. You can tell the owners take pride in the property, it’s not just a rental.
Kat was great and easy to communicate with. We even talked on the phone when I was making the reservation.This was a very lovely, quiet, and well-equipped condo set in beautiful grounds. The kitchen has everything you need--plenty of spices, dishes, pans, and small appliances. Also has lots of beach items like chairs, boards, umbrellas, etc. Kat's notebook has LOTS of information about her place and the area. Read it!It was so nice to have a place so convenient to many restaurants, shopping and beaches. A favorite beach was A-Bay just a couple of miles away by car. We did have a rental car, which allowed us to drive all over. Several places to visit-- Place of Refuge (a National Historic Park), Hapuna Beach, the little town of Hawi, Waipio Valley and the town of Honoka'a. Take a stroll through the Hilton Resort right next to the condo to see the dolphins. For groceries, drive up the road to Waikoloa Village. It's where the locals shop for more variety than the Market in Queen's Shopping mall. We will definitely go back and hopefully can rent Kat's place again.
We had a wonderful stay! The condo was great and we loved the layout with having a master upstairs with a bathroom and the teenagers downstairs. We appreciated our host and how easy they were to communicate. We also loved all the amenities that came with our stay. We want to come back to the big island and book our stay here!
Great location and property, we enjoyed our stay very much, fresh fruit upon arrival was a nice touch, hosts were very responsive to our questions, highly recommend. The way the beds are listed caused confusion as I was filtering for three bedroom properties but this one only has two.

Easy access to pool, beaches and other areas of interest. House was well furnished with plenty of dishes, pans, and other cooking needs. Beach toys beach chairs, beach towels were offered! Loved this place and definitely plan on returning in the future!
This place is absolutely amazing- it’s private, supa clean and comfortable. Easy walk to the pools. Watched folks golf across the green belt in the morning. A/C works great. The dishwasher stopped working, and it was repaired in a timely manner. Owners are very responsive and helpful. We will plan to stay here again!
Property was well appointed and well located. Lots of snorkeling, dining, tennis and golf opportunities nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Looking forward to returning next year.

This property was well located in a clean well kept and groomed gated community. The property representatives were attentive and responsive. The interior was clean and up to date. You will love setting on the lanai in the mornings looking out over the well groomed open area! We fully enjoyed our stay!
We were looking for a place closer to the beach but this listing looked really nice and in our price range. Neighborhood is peaceful and the amenities are great. Wonderful nearby shopping and dining. Was everything we hoped for and more. Highly recommend this unit for any size of group.

Because we have kids, we loaded our villa with boogie boards, snorkel & beach gear, tennis rackets, DVDs, CDs and games to entertain every age. Our perfect East-facing site has spectacular views over the Beach Nine's 9th fairway to distant volcanoes. It has the most privacy of all WCV end units, set back from the road with expansive green lawn and palms between it and others. Hale Pele provides shady afternoons on the lanais overlooking the golf course, but away from warmer afternoon sun and errant golf balls. We have an attached garage and also the closest outdoor parking space reserved for guests.
We chose Waikoloa Colony Villas for their superior spaciousness, architectural design including garages, amenities, privacy and landscaping. Waikoloa Beach Resort has a central location and the island's best beaches and weather. The aloha spirit is abundant on Hawaii's unspoiled Big Island. We love the diversity, natural beauty and incredible weather.
