A security deposit (deposit) is charged and returned within 02 working days after check-out.
Check-in time: from 3pm - after 3pm there is a convenience fee.
Check-out time: until 10am - A LUXOBRASIL.com.br employee or representative will meet the client at the property, at the time previously scheduled, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. For check-outs before 8am a convenience fee must be paid and after 6pm an additional daily rate and convenience fee must be paid.
Payment by credit card, PagSeguro and Paypal, fees will be passed on to the tenant, with a minimum of 35 days prior to the check-in date.

PROPERTY RULES:
FORBIDDEN parties/commemorations/events on the property.
The house is limited to 12 (twelve) people, including children.
Guests will only be allowed by prior authorization.
The guest holding the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during their stay, being responsible for damaged goods and property damage occurring during the stay at the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, such as fines that may occur due to violation of the rules of the property, law where governing the property or internal regulations of the condominium.
